I want to thank Youssef for his kindness he helped me from beginning to end. He helped me (because I don't have a Dubai number) for the return of the cooker and delivery kitchen. For 5 days he helped me constantly I thank him he's the best seller I've seen. On the other hand, I came back 2 days later because I had a problem with a device a man named MINA who spoke to me very wickedly, who did not want to help me I do not understand why this man is at the reception if he is non-professional it is shameful. I wasted 8,000 AED and I was badly received by MINA. But Youssef helped me

Buy it in your own risk and don’t expect any service from them. I called service center to get support for my washing machine they are asking 200 AED for just to visit and to inform me what is the problem, after-that for spare parts ETC separate. Don’t believe in there warranty policy once you buy if any problems comes they will be interested to make money with you only. I called service center of the brand directly they ask me 100 AED for visit, I thought Betterlife will help me because I bought the washing machine from them it was so funny the ask me 200 AED.

I purchased all my appliances form Better Life MCC - had a wonderful experience. Was adviced the right models considering the size of kitchen. Delivery was done on time as promised.

Imran is a very supportive customer assistant, he convinced me to purchase Dyson product from better life, regardless other competitors.

The worst #customer_service Experience in #dubai ever
I purchased whole kitchenware set and requested them to deliver, they gave me before 12 pm on Saturday. After many calls, someone pick the phone and said they will delivered it before 5 pm. At 5: 01 someone called from 044042010 and said they missed it and they can’t bring it today. Is it possible to bring it tomorrow. I said no we are not available tomorrow. He said they can hire trucks from outside. I had called them more than 70 time between 12 to 5but no one pulick the phone. He didn’t get back to me and disappeared. They don’t care if you are available or no, even if it is their mistake.

It is one of the Worst Experience and i really do not know why the owners of the brands are not paying attention. I Purchased a Siemens cooking which i was dodged into the purchase stating there is absolutely no difference between the newer model, which i found to be false when checking specifications online. I demanded a catalog but was told that Head office doesn't provide any. Without much of choice since my mother wanted to go for Siemens i paid the cash. I was promised the delivery to be done the next day, but after the payment was made i was told it will be day after tomorrow. The second I never revived any call and upon my call was told that the Product Manager from the head office has yet to authorize sale. Beautiful brand like Siemens is being destroyed by horrendous service and i hope Siemens take the agency from the current dealer.
