Delivery is quick. Payment options are flexible. However, after sales service is non-existent. I have been trying to get a replacement of an unused item (simply because the size doesnt match) and its the 3rd day now and I cannot get a response from them. I shudder to think what will happen when I actually need to claim warranties or repairs.

Absolute poor customer care if you buy online, they never pick up the phone! Don’t know which era they are living in that we have to personally go to the store to buy stuff to get good customer care/ after care else they will not attend you at all.

If i can provide a lower rating i can. This is the worst service center ever.
I have been following up for three days trying to get my fridge repaired and all I get is "we will check and revert". No one checks and no one reverts. Very quick to ask for payment but unprofessional and very poor standards. Truly shameful. Buy your electronics elsewhere and spare yourself the headache.

Very bad experience it’s my last time to take anything from them or send anything for maintenance, They took the gas for cleaning 15 days ago. At first, they sent it after five days. It did not work, knowing that it was only working. They took it for cleaning, and after that I sent it again. They sent it again, and the glass was broken. With all rudeness, the employee said that the glass only moves, but it is not broken. Bad service and rude staff, I send a complain to Dubai government economical development and consumer rights, one star it’s really more for this company

Very Bad Experience.
I order one toaster and paid by credit card. After 2 days I received mail that your order is ready for shipment. Again after two days I received a call from BetterLife customer service that this product we don’t have in stock you have to wait for 2-3 week. I said cancel my order and return my money back.

In whole conversation customer service person 2 time he said I am from Aramex and two time he said I am from better life. When I asked about refund he said contact better life I am from aramex.

After that no one contact me and I didn’t get back my money.

Had to get my Siemens cooker repaired. They did not inform about the price of part to be replaced. Simply send me a link for payment and only was informed later during repair that 50% is balance. Had I known, I wouldn’t have gone ahead with repair. 900 Dhs in Total for only changing 01 regulator. It was better to buy a new cooker

Pathetic!

Highly unprofessional team of customer service. Was not expecting that from a brand like SIEMENS. The 'Quality Service Guaranteed' is just mentioned on their website, you would never experience it.

-No one is answering the phone
-No timely replies to the emails
-No updates on the order
-No invoice/receipt sent even after the payment was made

Actly they are doing and which customer has complained for what. I have been calling them regarding my complain since 3 weeks and nothing has been done yet, they just keep on calling each other. Would never purchase anything from them again. Disappointed!

Stay away. They sold me the wrong seal for the fridge and also charged for installation, which was also done wrong. Now the freezer is working much worse that it was before the repair. Lots of icing - daily I have to unfreeze and keep the freezer door opened to get anything out. I have send a number of complaints, and betterlife is asking for add on money just for the visit? Seriously? Again? Instead of coming and fixing the issue…horrible, commercial oriented service center with zero service!

I wish I read all the reviews before purchasing machines from Better Life. This is our second machine to have gone to service and literally die. We first had a dishwasher that made loud sounds which went for servicing and it came back dead. So, we bought a new one. 6 months later our dryer of less than two years the belt broke went for servicing and it came back leaking, over heating and switching off after 10 minutes being on. Following 6 months of continuously chasing them to fix what they did they started asking us to use our machine only once a day and give it 30 minute breaks? !? I wish we could if it actually worked. Can you imagine buying a machine and being told not to use it twice in a row? 6 months no dryer, no solution, no compensation or replacement for the bigger problem they have caused. My advice, give the service rights to someone else. I highly doubt Siemens and the good brands are aware of what’s happening in their distributor in Dubai. Shame for a known product.

I had a very bad experience with them (showroom & service centre).
I drove all the way from Ras Al-Khaimah to get a simple piece of plastic which is common among 4 brands and multiple models from each one of them, but still the so called technician and customer service couldn't recognise it!

I can't understand how high-end brand like Siemens allows unqualified company to handle their business.
Perhaps I'd have easily picked up the part by myself if they did allow me to walk into the parts section!

Probably, either the employees aren't qualified for the job, or they don't want to provide a service to the consumers (for some reasons).

Thus is the WORST company I have experienced I bought washing machine BRANDNEW but that was my big mistake I did. When I bought it last DEC. 2021. Last February it has error they changed the pump. And now it gives me headache again.as the maintenance said the MOTOR is failing. Can you imagine for that less than 6mos all the defect is showing now! I demand a refund or replacement of new item!

Customer service is abysmal. My coffee machine kept breaking every 6 months with the same fault. Last time I brought it for service their technician managed to break it even more. And on top of that they charge ahead for repairs without even having a look at it. You should avoid Better Life!

This company service is very worst and there repair cost is more than new product. One year old my Siemens washing machine they repaired two times and third time same problem & charging more than machine prize. I throw the new machine painfully.worst service center.don't ever think to go this shop for any service.your life will be worst.

We have been waiting very long time for 1 spare part. They told me I can contact this Venith. I have been waiting for his response since 2 weeks but hes not contacting me back. Every time I'm calling the reception will just tell me this Venith will call me back!

Very low level service and employees. I had to wait 30 minutes for the supervisor to come and serve me. The supervisor Surish needs somebody to supervise him. Very bad quality to represent a company like Siemens.

I bought a smeg Kettle from the Springs Souk Branch. When I went back home I found a Small Crack at the bottom of the kettle. It turned out that I was given a display item as the shop keeper couldn't find one in stock. I called Better life call center to request a replacement and they picked it up to check it at their warehouse

After two days, they called back and informed me that they cannot replace it because the crack was caused by me and they are sending it back accordingly. Better life has the worst customer service and their products are of poor quality.

I would give it zero star but did not have the option of doing so. The customer service is horrible and the manager is of no help whatsoever. I would 100% not recommend anyone to buy the products or services from Better life.

Dreadful after-sales customer service. There are two ways to approach business - provide a superior service and let the money take care of itself, or focus on revenue and hope the service follows. This company is only focused on revenue. Avoid buying their brands if you want long-term service.

Customer service is really bad. I've called 3 times just to inquire for a spare part and they kept on saying that somebody will me back for the details but nobody returned the call. It could be the person in spare parts department is effin lazy or they just don't care about the query.

Worst customer experience ever. Service center have had our Siemens appliances for over a month and have been given the run around with different excuses each time and promises of call backs that never happen. They are happy to collect payment but the service ends there.

It’s now been a month since the first inspection of my broken stove by a Better Life employee and still no one has bothered to come fix it. That same employee told me that it shouldn’t take more than 2 days for the the parts to arrive and I wish I never believed him because he actually forgot to even order the parts until a week later. I’ve called the Better Life service center at least 5 times now and only got empty promises, fake politeness and some underhanded attitude from the Filipina ladies on the phone. The Indian inspection employee did remember to come back about 3 weeks ago only to take from me the rest of the money for the inspection visit but I never saw another employee after that. Never in my life did I think it would take this long to replace a few parts on a stove. One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

I have one of the worst experiences with the company. Bought Siemens washing machine which started giving problems since second year. Called up their helpline and registered complaints 6 days back did 3 follow ups. Nobody turned up till today. I don’t know whether they expect people to use cloths without washing for week.
