Bought a refrigerator from Smeg with 40% discount, which is nice and home delivered. I was gone for a while and it’s only now when the sunlight is different that I see that the double doors are damaged and full of dents. Called the customer service and they cannot do anything because I didn’t see it when they delivered the refrigerator. They claim they delivered a new one.

Very bad expierience in sales outlet in Deira and delivery term is very bad. Not commited on time delivery. Bad bad bad expierience

Worse service ever! No one should buy from them anything from them! Customer service is so bad and they dont know how to repair anything!

They have lot of range of product customer service is worst
I bought SMEG PRODUCTS all kitchen appliances
Almost 1.5 months waiting for the hood to be installed
I was told they don’t have is stock charcoal filter till now no reply.
Never seen such service in UAE from any other supplier

My bad, I brought a Terim fridge from them and cost me 800 dhs and I thought it's a good deal at the time
but worst is yet to come after 2 1/2 year later there is some issues with the fridge and I called them for claiming the warranty and they told I have 1 year for fridge and 5 year for the compressor. I asked if they can send sombody to look into issue they told me it will cost me 200 dhs, then I asked them if it's a compressor issue all will be done with in 200 dhd then to my surprise they told even if it's in warrant there will be other costs like gas etc and all together I have to pay 650.suming up i need to pay 650 DHS for the "800 dhs fridge"
I wont make this mistake again and I am force to give them one star because of Google -you need to add black negative stars.
