I ordered a new fridge which was delivered not new but used and damaged!
Since the 23rd of October I have been asking for a solution and I kept on receiving someone will update you soon and nothing happened so far! I am loosing patience now and I don’t know what legal action I have to take in order for your company to offer a solution!
The persons in charge of the case are not doing anything!
Please help me!

I purchased a jura coffee machine last december 2022. I have experienced a very dishonest behaviour from the sales staff to support team. My machine was deluvered but no assistance provided to install amd assemble the machine. I have to call several people to send us help to come and install machine. Finally someone agreed after i paid for their transportation. I faced lot of issues with this jura machine. Salesman promised many good things about this machine but none of them is true. The coffee machine constantly gives problems with filter and milk dispensers. We used delonghi for so many years we never faced such issues. But i can say it was a bad option to opt for jura. I will never go to better life again as their salesman dont speak truth and are unhelpful. They just want to sell. They qfter sales service is so poor and horrendous. Please refrain from buying anything from better life especially jura products.

The service does not represent the luxury home goods they sell. Worst customer service I have experienced, staff is completely clueless and reluctant to help. The after sales service is far worse, the team is truly incompetent. I sent my smeg juicer for repair, after 2 weeks they sent it back claiming it was repaired but absolutely nothing was done to it… I knew this was the case because they never bothered to call to check what the problem was and of course they didn’t figure out by themselves. Anyway I returned it to the repair center and a few days later they told me I must replace 5 parts and spend almost the amount I paid for the juicer. 2 of these 5 parts I have just recently bought new! I asked them to check each part and be more specific which they refused. I went to the Nakheel Mall store to speak to the manager which is on holiday so I spoke with the representative. Unfortunately another clueless person with no intention to help.

The only place they respond to complaints is in reviews because everyone else see it. The 4 emails I have sent, none have been answered! Never buy from this company.

The worst customer service we have received. Better Life cares very little if nothing at all to maintain and keep their customers happy. The people in the store has no desire to help. And the after sales team is not far behind. We won’t ever purchase anything from Better Life. It’s a shame they carry brands they should not represent.

Horrible customer service. Never buy anything from better life, they will not help at all when anything goes bad. Additionally there sales are liars, they will talk to you about functionalities that don’t exists. You will end up paying more, not getting what you are expecting and when something goes wrong, you will get zero support and they can’t fix your item.

I would give zero starts for their delivery service. Twice they agreed delivery and were a no show and called with silly excuses about having the wrong address (while their planner confirmed that a day prior to delivery). Therefore, not recommended.

Bought a Siemens dishwasher but what arrived was not a new appliance but used, wet and dirty in the inside. The team didn’t even install as promised because they “don’t have the tools”. I called customer service to complain and was promised they will call me back today to pick up the appliance to replace. No one called.

Absolutely despicable service.

We bought a dishwasher which was installed incorrectly and damaged by the installation team.

Two days later I called to ask for the issue to be rectified as the dishwasher was damaged and not washing or draining well.

I was told that because I had used the dishwasher, there was nothing they could do.

After 4 visits from technicians and over 30 frustrating phone calls, I gave up. The customer service was a complete shambles. A true waste of our time and money.

We have accepted the loss, but hopefully no one else has to endure this atrocious service.
Please spare yourselves the stress and shop elsewhere.

Not a good experience with Better Life. We initially purchased a Terim wine cooler and a SMEG bean to coffee machine online. The Terim wine cooler turned out to have the wrong dimensions on their online product description so we had to reject it. On the other hand, we didn't get the free coffee bean packs with our SMEG machine as advertised till after 5 days. Besides, the product demo team who came afer 6 days did not know anything about it. We had to chase their service center (who had to chase their sales guy) for a continuous 5-6 days to make all of the above happen, and finally get a confirmation on the wine cooler refund. Very slow and unreliable team! We wouldn't purchase from Better Life in the future!
I am adding this review after few days from my initial review. They ended up sending another specifialist, Sudar, for product demo and to inspect if anything was wrong with our coffee machine. Sudar was knowlegable and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, there is a limitation in the machine in terms of dispensing the coffee (does it in intervals) when choosing the long coffee with light (orange) option.
They also ended up refunding the amount for the returned items, and sent us an additional free coffee bean pack. This raises my rating to three stars but overall it still wasn't a good experience.

Keep searching, Move away.
Better Life has the worse customer service/experience you can possibly imagine. Even if you wish for "bad customer experience" it wont be worse than their standards.
I asked them to come after 7pm, they call me at 1pm saying "we are here now, what to do? ! "
They knew I wasnt at my premises so they left.
I had to call them the day after.
Most of their employees dont speak english, so there is a huge communications barrier.
They are not trained well by their management and have zero knowledge of their own products
When I asked the delivery team to call their manager for me, so he can explain the required, the responded "no, not allowed customer speak to manager"
The whole experience was a joke.

Just save your monney and dont buy from them.
Their items breaks after 2 years. Our fridge is having all sort of problems.
You pay a lot for their useless technical visits and of course they don't fix the problem.

Customer service is a nightmare even when you reach to the supervisor.

Wonder how they can sustain their business in a such a competitive market like the UAE.
I suggest they change their name at least to something that reflect the bad quality of their items.

The worst of the worst experiences in terms of service. They have taken 3 weeks to fix a washing machine and are asking for 3 weeks more (which is still not sure) and the telecaller was always rude.

I wish I had another option.

Not recommended, Don't go with AMC or their water purifier they dont keep even track of service due, I need to call them always.my this year service was due in OCT 2020, till today 31 Jan 2021 no show up neither call.

Terrible post-sale service.

Bought an automatic coffee machine (JURA ENA 8) that costed about 6000AED. 6 months after I had to drop it for service because the grinder broke, I requested it to be replaced as stated in the warranty but they refused because "it was repairable", they repaired and returned the unit all scratched, I complained and requested, again, for it to be replaced, if it was like that on the outside, how can I know it's not like that on the inside? Again, they refused because "it was repairable".

Six months after, warranty is finished and, again, the grinder stopped working, dropped it for service, got a call from the service center when it was done (250AED for repairing it.), the store was supposed to call me to go an collect it, one week, nothing. I call the store asking, they said "we will check and call you back" another week passed and no call, I called and the unit was there for "long time".

Frankly I would avoid as the worst after sales customer support. Unfortunately you are stuck with that if you want one of their brands which are high end and deserve better after care service and a total revamp of their call center

Quite a sketchy business, I'm surprised that they are even listed as the official service provider for Siemens products in Dubai.correspondence has been unprofessional, slow, and non-transparent (the technician says one thing and people in their office say something else). Fortunately, I realised what they were up to before I was scammed out of my money; but it's safe to say I won't be using their services anytime soon.

Bought end November last year a top of the range cooker. Hardly used it - when now in lock down used the oven - the inner glass exploded whilst preheating. Lucky no one was in the kitchen.
After multiple intends to call Better Life - no one ever called back - I only got instructions each time when I reached someone (send an email, send a foto) or then I got promises that I get called back by the supervisor who never did so till today.
Each time I am called them - same answers.
Today they now even tell me that I will have to pay for it - unbelievable. If this isn’t a warranty case - what else.
And I thought I get better service in a high-end shop if I buy a high end product (SMEG).

If I can give minuse I will do!
I bought to appliances from them washing and dryer and a dish washer. The misery is that we had to call them each couple of months to check what is going on and the will not come directly after like 10 calls each time. When I asked for warenty to be extended because the amount of things to repair is like buying 3 washing mashins then they didn't come till it get dameged then now because I have to pay to repair they come immediately. For one visit the total with the repair now 1200aed as I'm buying new one. Someone has to stop this, even during the corono virus they were not ashamed to deal in this bad way.

Worst service ever bought a dish washer and after 1 year it got broken, called them to fix they said there is a checking charge i said ok they came they got paid and they told me we will get back to you soon they told me about the cost and we agreed and they picked up the machine and after more than 1 month i received a msg today saying your dish washer is laying here in our service center kindly confirm to keep or dispose.i wonder what kind of costumer service they send such msgs to costumers without even contacting to update about the status.not recommended at all to deal with these ppl.

our experience with Misery Life continues
we were supposed to receive the dish washing machine on 28/7/2019 nothing happened i called them they said we will deliver tomorrow on 1/8/2019 cause they are testing the machine and making sure if its working properly.suddenly we receive a call from other department in Misery Life asking if we agree to pay for the cost of the repair so they can repair and deliver by next day, so as a conclusion we find out that communications between departments in Misery Life isnt working properly cause they said they repaired and they are testing and other department still checking with us if we agree for the cost of repair to start with it.i think this company need an urgent change in the management and service department.lets see where we will reach with this issue.
