I do not recommend this company at all, we had an issue with our hob, the engineer called to ask for the location and asked me to send a video on WhatsApp of the issue. The issue was we had accidentally turned the child lock on instead of informing of this before he arrived he came and just switched of the child lock straight away was here less than 5 minutes and charged 210 dirhams. We feel this is dishonest work
Be careful purchasing from this retailer. The shop and repair centre are separate. Should you have no issue with your appliance it is a reasonable customer experience, however should you need any after sales support you will have significant issues. My coffee machine has required 2 repairs within the warranty period. They have held my machine for weeks and been unsuccessful in rectifying the issue on both occasions. Service team are rude, inept, insincere and unprofessional. They have lied about dispatch and requiring extended time for monitoring. Management avoid correspondence despite reports to Dubai Retail Ombudsman. Pay extra and shop at a retailer with better customer service. It is not worth it. Worst service and customer treatment in my years of living in the UAE.
I spent 750 aed on a kettle that is faulty and they have taken it away for 2 weeks. After numerous phone calls i still do not have my kettle back. And I just keep getting different staff telling me they are still checking on it and cant find anything wrong. Appalling service, still waiting for management to call me!
Yes, sir, sure sir, we will deliver it tomorrow. The week has gone, no delivery no coffee machine. The phone number is dead. Poor client service Disappointed
I would advise people to save their money and to not purchase anything from this store, especially online purchases. This whole store feels like a fraud/scam, I purchased a portable blender Monday, paid for it and everything, but till this day I’ve gotten no updates or information about my order, I don’t know where is, when I’m gonna receive it or if I’m even gonna receive it at all. I’ve emailed the store a couple of times trying to get more information but no one has gotten back to me. Looks like I’ve lost my money just like that. So yeah, my advice to the next person would be to rather check out other online stores and save your money
Ordered Terim electric cooker on Saturday and was insured that the delievery would be on Monday. Previously explained all bad experience with the third party services. No excuse but company can not control their own delievery team to reply the calls and face deadlines even after personal chat. Cancelled the cash order and now they say it would take 5-7 days for cash return? Do not feel safe to trust this company.
