After 4 years as client I only got call at the renewal time, If I need support no one to answer the call or to reply to me, really disappointed, they only after money and you will get no thing in return, I don't recommend any one to work with them.

I had chosen Amazon account creation from bfound with Munir. Munir left the company and the company did not even inform me, and then I kept calling for few weeks and then one fine day new employee gets in touch with me and she has no idea about what service I have taken.
It has been more than 3 months and my Amazon account is still not active.

Extremely unprofessional.
Over-promise, under-deliver, never stick to the contract terms, and never listen to you as a Client. What they care about is ONLY the recurring payment without looking into what has been delivered from their side.
Have worked with them for both Google services and Social Media campaigns - both are total disappointments.
For our last contract they did 50% of the job but yet took 100% of the fees.

Absolute waste of time, don’t bother working with them.they just scam you for your money and don’t do anything.

They are the worst sales people and not able to conclude a deal. They are rude to talk to. They will just try to sell their contract of at least 3 months which is higher as per the standards.

When you don't opt in they will start getting rude to you.

The worst SEO services I ever heard of. They did absolutely nothing - on a site like ours they suggested max 10 tags, choose a strategy that is not compatible with the services we provide, didn't bother changing meta descriptions on any page except for home (all of the others just had the same), tagging pages, nothing, 0, very very bad service, expensive AND their contract is non-refundable so once you're on it you cannot stop it until the end. Finally it's over for me, this was a very big mistake and a big waste of money, don't recommend this company at all, I could have done a lot more SEO wise with a third of the money they charged it by picking a right supplier. Their team is polite, that's probably how they get their clients to join, but that's it.

It’s great to have one place where your online presence can be managed. Our account manager Mansura is always available to help and even sorted out our multiple locations but one Facebook page issue. The backend is not quite self explanatory but there is always someone ready to help.

They have taken our facebook account and not giving back. Called many times but they dont even care.

I have worked with B found, but unfortunately, all the investment I have made is gone with them since they have taken the OWNERSHIP OF MY FACEBOOK PAGE.
