I had a really great experience. I am very satisfied with the service and specially the delicious foods.

Always Bice Mare in Dubai was a part of luxury dining, a few years I didn’t visited them. Last week we had a dinner. How deep down this restaurant now. Only tourists who watching fountain can be happy. The food is terrible, half of the menu is not available, seems they are just too busy to cook as per menu. We had very low quality quick made salad, risotto and pizza - coz nothing available. Served like cafeteria. Service - before they had a very professional team. Now mostly indians without experience. Very disappointed.

Wow wow wow that’s all I got to say. Amazing food, the service was absolutely incredible. Our server was Ayu, she didn’t even let us poor our own water. She would run to the table as soon as my son picked up the bottle. The view was fantastic

Overpriced tourist place. Not even some nice fresh bread or focaccia with the food, which should be standard for a restaurant at this level. Waiter telling us to use the espresso spoon for eating our dessert (obviously unacceptable). I think complacency has set in due to the great location.

Nothing exceptional, dishes not great, you mainly pay for the view and what's more, it's not great because of the wooden railings (the restaurants on the Mall opposite have glass walls). Very kind staff.

It's my first time but I'm so happy with the waitress Amina, so welcoming, adorable service, really great, I rate 5/5 thanks to her and the good food

Stylish Italian seafood restaurant with Dubai iconic view. They've got an excellent Sicilian cuisine.

Oh my the experience, ambiance Inside and outside was phenomenal. This restaurant sits right in front of the dubai fountain and Burj Khalif. We had the seabass might I say it was delicious pricey but worth every penny. I also had a mojito mocktail made with basil leaf and pomegranate this drink was best drink I've ever had. The service was quick very friendly and staff.

I used to love it and go there every time I was in Dubai but the prices have jumped soo much. It’s way too expensive for the quality of food. Their menu has also changed and the food intrigues my tastebuds as much a fast food takeout. It went from my favourite place to the place I would recommend people stay away from. Very very disappointing.

The food was tasteless, expensive and the staff act like they’re too good to serve you.
I asked for extra focaccia bread, and he ended up bringing out what seemed to be leftovers in a very ugly plate …! The server did not even take the time to heat it up it was a disaster.
Zero presentation skills / zero manners
Overall, I wouldn’t ever waste my money again.

Really very bad time when we meet Fatma she make us very angry no any kind of respect or appreciate we are fasting we was have reservation in table outside be she don’t want to let us at least to enter and before we arrived we try many times to call for informing we are in the way but no one reply to us and when we arrive she not smiling she not appreciate we are hungry we don’t care abut the price we was happy to enjoy in the restaurant but unfortunately we never ever coming back again to see the is kind of service please work in that to have great people in amazing place we will not share in our Instagram page but we never coming again

Good food but terrible service. Everything was super rushed. Servers seemed to be running around and forgetting things. Took ages to get anyone’s attention. Portions were small and restaurant is ridiculously overpriced.

We have seen some mixed reviews lately. It is priced as a five star restaurant. Location is great. Perfect view of Burj Khalifa and the show. Service was good. The waiter was forgetting things but eventually it was corrected.
We had carpaccio, pumpkin and beet salad, and branzino.
One of the previous comments mentioned that the carpaccio was cut thick and overflowing with oil. I specifically asked them to be very light with oil and I have to say that despite carpaccio being thick, it was pretty tasty. The salad was pretty tasteless, Pumpkin, marinated beets, some leaves and goat cheese with no flavor.
Bronzino was brought to the table after it was prepared in some form of bread coating, Which was nice. It was delicious but I have to mention presentation. Gray fish on a gray plate Was underwhelming.
Maybe I’m a bit picky but For the five star restaurant prices I expect better. Location is perfect. Service was good. Most of the food was good quality but presentation was below average.

The place is really nice, great food. I don't really get why it's advertised as seafood, because there are many types of different Italian things on the menu. But the food and view are great.

Shocking! Packed like sardines, I felt I was sat on the lap of the table next to us, no privacy, everyone can hear each others conversations, service was dreadful and the food was below average at 5 star prices! Shocking Shocking Shocking! PS: we could hear many tables complaining about the food and service, the table next to us waited 48 minutes for a cold starter!

Booked a Valentines Dinner for tonight, booked a week in advance and was told no terrace front tables are available but tables three rows back (hidden away in the corner) are, I agreed as it was a special occasion!

Got my email next morning confirming the booking, next day I get a call from their restaurant via mobile displaying the name NSYTLE INTERNATION asking me to confirm, again I confirmed.

Sunday, another call - Sir, I need to confirm you are coming as booked - YES

Sunday Mid Afternoon another call - Sir, can you please confirm your booking for tomorrow - YES

Sunday evening - Sir can you confirm your booking for tomorrow - YES and if you call me again you can cancel it!

Sunday Night - Sir, just calling to confirm your booking for tomorrow!

Monday lunchtime - Sir - can you confirm your booking for this evening

Monday 2pm - Sir can you confirm your booking for this evening!

Now the interesting parts.

My colleague called the day after me to book Valentines dinner with him and his wife AT THE SAME TIME AS MY BOOKING and was offered a front row terrace!

Same colleague has had ONE call asking him to confirm his booking!

Difference between me and my colleague?

I am called Mohamed and my colleague is called - well, let me not give his real name but its Mr Smith, Mr Davis, Mr Johnson, My Miles - take your pick!

Shame I have not tried their over priced mini portions (as reported by other reviews) but in a way I should be grateful that i have not wasted my money here!

Overly priced, taste is not good at all and portions are really small.
The only nice thing is the location in front of the fountain

Food was Good until we had the fish: low quality product, smelly, sticky for 330 dhs!
We were shocked that the restaurant insisted to have the payment for the full bill.
Attitude and service not matching the price range of this restaurant. Disappointing!

Everything was great: the view, the food, the service!

Nice terrasse and very good starters but the Fish « sole » was horrible. They charged it 330 dirhams and as it was not in the menu we could not verify the price and they refused to deduct even 50 dirhams or to offer the coffees. Unfortunately, I will not come back.

Chef Michele is amazing, in every dish you can find his passion for the Italian cuisine and his research for quality ingredients and taste combinations. The location of the restaurant is one of the best you can find in Dubai, with a breathtaking view of the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa. Perfect for romantic dates, business lunch or friends gathering!

Ambiance is okay indoors, there are small windows I u r lucky enough you could see Burj khalifa and Dubai Fountain. But design it self is old school. With the boring classic colour.
Staff need training, training and training. When we visited restaurant was empty with no single table, and the service was so bad.
Food was okay my seafood salad, after they changed the first one coz was not as per the food standard to be given to a customer. The second time it was okay, fresh and the dressing is nice.

Maybe if u set out on the terrace will be 5. But they have to work hard on food and service to be able to get 3 or 4.

For example I won't visit again, specially that in Dubai there are amazing Italian restaurants which I tried and was perfect. (Amd we are speaking about he best fine dining restaurants in Dubai.)

Wonderful place for spending the dinner in front of dancing fountains and the tallest building in the world - Burj Khalifa. Quite expensive restaurant, but the dishes are delicious!

Very nice Italian meat and seafood. Wine is served and you can watch the fountain display from the terrace.

Food lacking flavour.very expensive for what it was.great view of tower and fountains. Felt crammed in with my back to display and other diners pushing in to get to see water display whilst we were eating.

Very very complex staff in outlet dubai in Alain way. In 2/4/2019 at 3: 25 pm. They didn’t flexible, they need To take customer service training.

View and service were nice.and the ambience was great with nice view of Dubai Fountain that complements the beauty of the place.

The food was ok.but you expect more from such highly priced menu

A typical touristy Italian restaurant with soulless food, the seafood is made in away that is only appealing to those who don't actually like seafood, service is fast and waiters are kind but completely clueless about the food, our server told us that he and his colleagues never gets to try the food so he can't possibly give an opinion (typical dubai), i gave the two stars for the location.

Hospitalty was good and the food was so tasty, don't miss the lobster and the delicious sea bass.plus the ambiance was so romantic with nice view overlooking the fountain and you can enjoy the show of the dancing fountain every fifteen minutes.

Beautiful view on fountains, delicious fish and seafood. One of the places you have to visit in Dubai. Obligated to!
