The prices are way too high. No proper communication if something is not available. They took the bike and now after me messaging them I came to know the required part is not available.

Not punctual, don't hold their time estimates. Despite me telling them multiple times that I need the bicycle to be done the next day, and them assuring that it will be done in time, they delivered it a day late.
