This is my first review after about 1 year of buying a couple of photography gear from BHM, all at cheaper prices but i have had no problems with each gear i have bought till date.

The man i chatted with each time i bought an item was so friendly -like i've known him for a long time.
I'll ask his name and edit my review in a couple of days from now.

Ordered something in the shop so I could support local and not order online. Promised delivery next day on a specific time frame. Mentioned that I could be there but to ensure they would fulfill the delivery promise. Made myself available to be there. Product not there and no one even contacted me beforehand. Waste of my time.

Unfortunately I will keep buying online.

I was out working in Dubai and found that one of my cables was damaged. It is quite a specific cable so I wasn't hopeful of being able to get a replacement quickly. However I messaged a couple of suppliers I thought might be able to help and BHM responded almost immediately to say they had the cable in stock! I messaged back asking them to hold it for me and collected it the next day. I was assisted by a great guy called Shari who, couldn't have been more helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the store has an excellent range of gear and this will now be my 'go-to' store when in Dubai. Thanks guys - great work & I hope our paths cross again soon.:)

I wanted to purchase this kit which was available till today on website with this rate when I finalized that I want this kit. They denied conveniently saying it’s not available with rate anymore and after informing me. They updated the website.
So please be careful they change the rate as they want.
