We went here after a swim in Umm suqeim beach and were so happy to find a place to indulge in some chaat we ordered Pani puri, south indian platter and the winner was Hydrabadi chaap with naan! Then we couldn’t resist the sweets - Roshogollaaah and malai sandwich made its way to our tummies and heart ️ Suman waited on us while we stayed. Only drawback- the tables were not clean when we walked in. But rest everything was great. Will go there again for sure

The worse service ever! The manager there Singh hears you calling but will never send anyone to take the order. The staffs are super slow and irresponsible.
Being a regular customer there, I don’t think I want to go there again.

Its location is just perfect and food for indian taste is bang on.

Service wise i had no issues infact the staff was warm and welcoming in nature.

Ill recommend food from this place to all indians spl vegetarian.

I am just here to show my anger, I worked at talabat, i went to bikanervala to pick up my delivery waited almost 35 minutes standing beside that empty chair but they not allowed to sit me as just I was a talabat rider that discrimination make me very sad

Went to Bikanervala to purhcase sweets for diwali, this being my first time at Bikanervala i thought it would have amazing service just as the quality of their sweets, I must say I was disappointed with the service of Mr. Ishu who was at the billing counter and another staff who kept me waiting for so long just to get my sweets billed, he was so engrossed with another customer that he didn't bother getting my purchase billed and made me wait till the other customer finished buying, absolutely shallow attitude and such terrible service. I have purchased sweets from other shops too but never faced this kind of a shallow service and awful attitude. The customer also said that I can proceed with billing sweets as i was done choosing my sweets soon. Despite that he didn't bother. This happened at around 4: 45 p.m Yesterday, unfortunately I didn't see his name badge. I was sent to Mr. Ishu for billing who was equally bad with his service.

No AC. They are too stingy to turn on the AC and their seating is all weird. Food takes forever and they don’t even have ice. I will not return until they fix these problems. I checked the thermostat and the AC was set to 26? ! That’s way too hot for Dubai summers.
