Good is very basic and average taste for the price they are charging. Not worth the money at all. Ordered winter special Sarai ka saag which was basic and the gajar ka halwa also very sad. They really need to improve their food taste. So disappointed.

We after work just come over here for bonding with some great Indian snacks especially chaats. My colleagues, who are of different nationalities reviews are also 5 stars as they are all satisfied on the texture, taste the temperature when the food is served. 2 thumbs up also to all of their staffs, especially Rahul Good job guys!
We saw "Masur Pak" on the display and politely checked with the person at reception if it was actually "Mysore Pak". He bluntly mocked without even looking at me saying "It's written there". I didn't ask you anything for free, sir. Please teach your staff basics of customer service. Never going again! Don't remember his name, some arrogant guy with moustache.
We visit the Karama branch often and we like their sweets. First time at this branch, and I will never come back! Firstly, no one cares to attend to you at the sweets section. They are all busy doing their own thing. Customer service is Zero!
Secondly, their sweets at this branch are NOT FRESH. Tasted Imrati and Dhuda, and they were stale, so did not buy. Finally bought Cham Cham, which was a disaster as they really don't know how to make this sweet. They have covered this in some sort of milk powder, too? Lack of service; stale sweets and disastrous Cham cham. I will stick to the Karama branch!
I ordered one malai kofta and quantity that they delivered was very small, 35dhs was the cost and taste was horrible, very watery and tasteless dish was delivered. When I called the outlet someone informed that manager will call within 5 minutes and no one called after that, very poor service and worst quality
I ordered a food from Deliveroo and they assigned the rider by their own and food was delivered after 1 and half hour which I think none of Dubai restaurant takes that long to prepare and deliver food. I called the restaurant but there was no response with 7 attempt some one picked the call but was speaking with someone else and hang up the phone after, so again I have to call back and ask him for the food but seems like lack of English speaking (no discrimination) and I ask him to handed over the phone to his manager Bicky but still did not got any answer why the food was lately delivered. Bad and poor communication plus delivery time. I suggest not to order food from here
While purchasing sweets for Diwali one of the manager is forcefully selling fruit cake, which is not appropriate I will buy what I want to buy, secondly if you will talk with the sweet stall boy or with the cash counter boy, that same manager will again interrupt, organisation should teach them that how to talk with customers!
