Google has the algorithm to give minimum 1 star but my wish was to give a BIG ZERO. Rude and arrogant staff. Specially their employee Narendar thinks he owns the restaurant.
Bikanervala Courtyard in The Point at Palm, Dubai, is a culinary delight. The vibrant ambiance and authentic flavors of Indian cuisine create an unforgettable dining experience. From street food favorites to traditional dishes, each bite is a journey. Attentive service and a charming setting make it a top choice for a taste of India in the heart of Dubai.
Amazing food, as always, expected from Bikanerwala. But this outlet looked the most unhygienic, no cleanliness at all, same guy who serves, cleans as well and yes without gloves! Tables aren't cleaned well. Only 3 waiters so service time sucks.
Very good service and food. They gyes managing good during too much rush time.manager and waiter very polite. Very helpful. Highly recomanded. Pointe bikanervala.
We are trying to get a reservation at The Point location for 1/2 hour but the telephone number provided 04-580-7780 we tried calling so many times at this number with no response at all. Such a big disappointment!
What a disgrace this place is for the culture where this restaurant is located. I cant tell more at this forum, but I’ve launched an official complaint about the prejudiced behavior they had for me and Family. Mismanaged environment, cold attitude and unwelcoming behavior on top of the sorriest trait for which I have launched a complaint. Never going back.
I’d given a rating of below 1, if there was an option. Never seen a restaurant so miss-managed. Serving staff running around like headless chickens, having absolutely no clue who has ordered what. A simple Tandoori takes 45-mins, and a plain Dosa 1-hour. By the time, food arrives on your table it’s cold as ice. Entire restaurant with 20-table being served by just 2-staff. Don’t let customers in, if you don’t have the capacity to serve them. Totally disappointing, appalling experience!
We were in Dubai for 4 days during which we got our dinner delivered everyday from this place. They had a great understanding of Indian food and man what amazing food they parceled everyday! Food is reasonable also. We asked for Dal for kid and they served it exactly as per our choice. Do try out if you are craving for good North Indian food at reasonable price in Dubai. Thank you to the staff of Bikanervala, The Pointe Mall.:)
Very unprofessional, half the items never available on menu. Staff behaviour very cold and not welcoming at all. Will never recommend to anyone. A big no no… Avoid going to this branch or else you will come out disappointed
A good place to visit for vegetarian Indian food. Of all the bikanerwala outlets we have tried in Dubai this one stands by quality We had ordered Chole bhature, Amritsari kulcha, Noodles, Matka Kulfi Amritsari kulcha was the best, well cooked and good in taste, bhature were very fluffy and nice chole were ok but better than the rest of the outlets. Matka Kulfi wasn't good at all so I won't recommend it. Noodles were just ok. The ambiance is good seating inside and outside was both fine.
One of the worst experiences! Staff is least interested also They should remove Chinese food from their menu! I got sick eating momo there and vomited! One should understand the responsibility of carrying its country name and brand in international arena! Hope they will do focus and upgrade their standards!
The restaurant played host to my daughter’s first birthday. The staff put up an excellent show and ensured the experience was trouble free and smooth.
We went with a pre-decided menu and the restaurant team ensured a seamless experience with service and quality. Having the inside area to ourselves and a buffet setup worked well for us with table service for guests.
The food was hot throughout and freshly prepared. Chaats were crunchy and tasted great! The staff was kind enough to accommodate a few of the guests dietary preferences without fuss.
The restaurant manager was kind enough to coordinate with our decorator we had hired and supported him with giving access to setup the decorations.
Overall, food, service and support was commendable and highly appreciative.
Definitely a great venue to host small parties. The restaurant ensures service without you having to get involved and prodding on when things must commence and the order of things.
Great location and ambience, but taste was okay. One would not want to come just for Bikanervala food to this place. But is the only veg option in the area.
I am giving one star only because I cannot give any less, I am furious and disappointed at the same time. Service was really bad. When we visited restaurant we were standing and waiting for 15 min to get the menu and than wait another 20 min for someone to come and take the order. Half way through the dinner one of the staff member spilled a sauce on me and my sister and did not even apologize for this accident and we even had to ask someone for the wet wipes, after that nobody apologized and no one came to the table and ask if things are ok and showed some courtesy. I don’t recommend anyone to go this place as they don’t believe in customer service I have been to many restaurants in Dubai but this by far my worst experience.
Horrible service and everything is always out of stock.we were waiting for 45 mins for food to arrive. Only after I checked did they tell us that the item we ordered was not available. No accountability either! Pathetic!
WE visited this place recently while we went for our drive to the point to see the new fountain. We were so happy with their service and the food they served. While we understand that bikanervala is the king of indian food in Dubai, but we really loved this place for its decor, outdoor seating, staff and the taste of the food. We tried their dal tadka, paneer butter masala, chana with garlic naan which was DELICIOUS! Their dahi puri was also to due for but i really wished that they made it as good as the karama branch. We also tried their desserts like indrani, ras gulla and gulab jamun and they were all amazing! A must visit place when u go to view the new fountain!
Nice place. Amazing and I can say paradise for the authentic Indian vegatirian food. Chat, bhalla paapdi and Raj Kachori is really yummy and mouth watering. Food is also delicious and staff is also helpful and very cooperative.
Lost the touch completely of good Indian street food. Plus the waiter serving me is too arrogant to accept that the pao bhaji he has served me is really tasteless made by some chef who is not over his weekend hangover probably to understand the meaning of street pao bhaji. The bikanereala I am talking about is at Pointe. Think twice before coming here. The name of the waiter is Narendra and the chef is Ajit.
Bikanervala is the most Iconic place in UAE for street food. The Pointe branch in an upgraded venue for fine dining. They have a brilliant spread of Indian dishes, snacks and sweets which are pure vegetarian, and cooked in hygienic kitchens.
You'll be spoiled for chaat choices here, because they have everything from raj kachoris to bhel puris and pani puris. They also have some South Indian dishes on the menu. Bikanervala is known for its superior in taste and quality of dishes.
You get to hold your own warm, sweet, custom indulgence as the menu is a well-rounded take on wholesome Indian food. The sweets displayed are rather ace and will vanish in a speed of light once they are on your table.
