The employees of this workplace behave very friendly and clean and the food is clean and tidy and provides very good service to the customers and the server named harpreet turbun man work hard to provide good service to the customers

Navrati Festival Thali (special Food) is not Good. Please do not order.
It's Costing 43dhms + 5 Delivery and 2 tip (complusory- As Driver will not hv change).

Nothing is mentioned on Food as what all Ingredients are in thr Food- Dangerous for ppl with Food Allergy.

Always serving with kindness and smiling face. Such an employee is a great asset for any company. Kudos to him for maintaining such an attitude in such a difficult customer facing job.

I oder mutter kulcha. Food was good & tasty. Ingredients i expected was not same. Found some confusing.

Such a big size restaurant and I asked the waiter table for one, he said order at the counter, I asked no order on the table? He said no, shame, such a low standards of this kind of big restaurant, I visited on 2nd July at 9pm

Product of bikanervala is no match they are awesome. Parking is always N issue near the shop. Very good initiative to have mehdi in house in the shop but this ladies are not having professional approach to bikaner customers they not follow first in first serve process. They have their existing client already and they giving preference to those rather than giving preference to customer waiting in the shop. Very disappointing.

Worst customer service.
So much attitude from staff to express the conditions for placing orders in sweets section. Not a welcoming environment to order more so left with just 6 boxes.
Being known for quality, need to improve on supporting customer needs especially during occasions.

Good place to buy Indian Sweets. But expensive if you compare the prices with their Indian outlets. It could be cheaper for Dubai standard.

Very bad delivery service by this restaurant. Takes more than 2.5 hours to deliver your meal and the food was cold and dried up. Not at all recommended.

First time visited this place and walked out in 3 minutes.

Found live cockroaches walking on the food and in the display.
When informed about the situation the man behind the cash counter said it’s nothing to worry.
And instructed one of his team members to catch and kill it.

since 18years onward i know this restaurant, but last 4 months it is so uncomfortable to sit and eat there because of flies.
I told them so many times but they are least bothered this time it was my worst experience with bikanerwala staff and cleaning especially covid times!
Flies in sweets, flies in food how we can come and eat there so discussed ‍️‍️‍️‍️‍️!
You don't deserve one star also.

Food was delivered after 1hr and 50 minutes of waiting and no apology or concession was ever offered.

It's a good place to try North Indian vegetarian tandoori items. The staff are friendly and very attentive.

Very lousy and lazy staff. The person on the counter taking the order treats you like he is giving you free food. I experienced this service with them every time. I went the third time thinking the service will be good but it was repeated again. The guy at the counter was literally shouting on the phone at one of his colleague

Was served stale sabzi in masala dosa. I left it and ordered aaloo paratha which was equally bad with stale sabzi and was served without pickle and ill tasting raita. Ate the paratha as was hungry and too tired. Now I’m up in the night with nausea drinking eno. Ridiculous slow service and pathetic food. I guess I will take this up with Health authority.

Great vegetarian food. Parking is a pain due to on street parking only. But close enough to lulu al barsha, that you can park there and walk here. Sabjis are quite spicy.

Extremely bad delivery service. They continually lie to make you believe that the order is about to reach but it takes them atleast one and a half hours to deliver. The food is totally cold by the time it arrives so don't even bother ordering from here.

It's a perfect place to go sit and enjoy the delicious street food, chaat, golgappa and many other snack items and also the lovely sweets. They have a vast variety of Indian sweets all made fresh by Bikanervala specially.

I just love Bikanervala. It's the perfect place for relishing Indian food away from home. Whether you go for a complete Thali, stuff your face with pani puri or gulab jamun, or indulge in fresh paneer. I love how everything smells, looks and tastes here. The decor is clean and simple, the bathroom is nice and hygienic, and it's great for grabbing a bite for a low-key evening or afternoon lunch.

Note: They have a great collection of fresh sweets, namkeen, mithai boxes, dry fruits, food hampers, etc.for festivals like Navratri and Diwali. But their traffic volume is more and number of orders are high.

Its the worst outlet of Bikanervala.karama one has setup such a high standard and al barsha branch are have the worst service.ordering online or delivery from barsha branch is always a nightmare.never sends appropriate amount of chutneys and today they sent samosa with literally no filling at all.felt thugged today

They microwave everything from gajar ka halwa to tikki which is fried in bulk and stored. Seriously, totally disappointed

Bikaneriwala driver took 2hrs to deliver a simple order of 1 deluxe thali and besan laddoo. Dear management - you charge AED 7 as delivery charges.atleast be a bit more decent towards your customers and hire more drivers! My food was supposed to be delivered at 1: 58pm; it got delivered at 3pm? If you're too busy (good for you) but then, close the online delivery and don't be so greedy if you can't deliver on time! Saying sorry is of no value.

I tried the Raj Kachori (you can choose the big one stuffed or 6 small pieces). It is stuffed with potatoes, lentils, masala spices, yogurt, semolina & coriander.
You can decide to have it very spicy or not.

Great place to have indian food. Friendly staff. They also have very good deal for breakfast everyday until 11 AM.

We are regulars here and the food is delicious. However, the food is self service which is a bit different for an Indian restaurant. Would like to have the waiters serve us on the table.

Very pathetic food. Paneer sizzler ordered was very very bad. It was served as fried rice and manchurian in two different bowl.

Very poor food quality and triple overpriced as well. I also noticed they supply it packaged, meaning pre cooked on industrial scale. This isn't a complain, only facts. If you really must eat vegetarian or want value for money then there's fine one 50 meters ahead.

The taste is just ok. Was expecting better. Plus the actual dish was different from the one advertised (Iftar dish). There was no samosa and there were no dry fruit stuffed dates (only plain dates)

Terrible. I would give it zero stars if i could.the quality of food has dramatically dropped over the last few years and the prices have gone up for no reason. I ordered Dahi Puri, it arrived 30 minutes late and it was completely soggy. Really disappointed.

Really nice Indian food cuisine, if you like Indian authentic dishes this is a must visit place for the foodies. Getting parking is little risky. But only in peak times. Ambiance is nice and the staff is always ready to assist you

Ordered bhel puri but sad to know that the joint which claims to be best in Indian chaat items serves bhel puri without “sev”. When asked about it, the counter guy conveniently says that “sev” is out of stock and will come after 2 days. I wonder if they really make anything fresh here.
When asked that why do you serve chaat item without basic ingredients, the billing person response was below expectation - “this is how it is served. If you don’t want, take something of same amount. ” I had to argue to give the plate back and ask for refund. He is checking with manager. Have not got refund back yet.

The food is good but their delivery service is appalling. They accepted our order and then called 2 hours later to say the delivery would take another hour.

Delicious fast food options for vegetarians, try their raj kachori with yogurt. U should also take some of their sweets and fryums home.
