Good inverment and good servise such as good indian food in dubai i recommended for indian food lovers go to bikanervala al furjan branch

We visited Today, looks like only one or 2 people serving, so messy with bills strange is we lost out brand new baby wipes, when I went back to search they acted, so weird and buzz earlier manager is good, now this looks so messy no control. Thank god its just wipes.

I had ordered khaman dhokla through delivery app. Food was stale and smelly. Very disappointed with food. Bikanerwala should maintain the standard.

I ordered again from Bikanerwala and received half cooked paratha. Quality standard needs to be improved.

I ordered pani puri for my 8 months pregnant wife as she was craving for it but they sent old patato mix. I had to rush to doctor to make sure all is well. For god sake please check food quality twice before sending to customers. I have call recording where they are accepting the bed quality of patato mix. I will sue them if my wife will face any health issues.

Take too long for the orders, but the manager was kind to accommodate and ensure they made up for it.

Perhaps Bikanervala is the biggest vegeterian brand in UAE. Serves delicious food and amazing sweets and snacks

For Pizza I give zero marks. Definately does not deserve 25 AED and above price. Base is hard.

Bikanerwala anywhere in the world is best, The manager Kundan here is always assure that everything delivered or service provided should be as per the standard of Bikanerwala!

At 4pm, We ordered French Fries+ Mango Lassi
And Spring Roll + Cold cofee with Ice cream.
Mango Lassi and Cold Coffee with Ice Cream came first. When we told the staff we wanted drinks at the end, he said snacks are almost ready, will give that also in 2 mins. By the time we finished snacks, Neither there was ice cream nor the coffee was cold.
The cold coffee with ice cream looked nothing like the one shown in Menu. It was all melted and warm when served
Salt was more in Spring rolls, couldn't eat it at all.

We enjoyed eating at this restaurant during our 4 day stay in dubai. Serrvice was really good by turban guy i guess named harpreet! Food was good too.

Diwali party order of gulab jamoons were a huge FAIL.all gulab jamoons were raw inside.all my guests had the same comment regarding the center being raw.i notified the manager the next day and he asked for a sample and when i called back to follow up, he said that the sample was cooked perfectly.how is this possible? Do they cook one gulab jamoon at a time? Highly unlikely.to the credit of the manager (Kundan) he was very nice and respectful.however the end result is that I will avoid BIKANERWALA next time to ensure that my guests are not disappointed by the quality.

Very salty food. Too bitter. From chole to pav bhaji to sambhar, all were very salty. Dosa was thick enough to beat a pararatha. Ignore this restaurant

We took Chana Bhatura here; it was absolutely a treat along with tea. I also recommend that you should try other Indian delicacies.

People working there are hospitable and generous.

Management needs to see, how they can have more space to have better-sitting arrangements, as during our visit the place was crowded and people had to wait.

Worst place to have Indian food, even the Pani poori was very sustandard.
We order some main course and was of bad quality and poor service.
Most of us end up with acidity next morning.

Fast food not tasty, Really bad vada pav, no taste at all. Very pricy, Will never visit this place again. Poor service also.

Fantastic Indian sweets but food is poor and service is so slow. The dosas are thick, the filling was defrosted in the microwave and the coconut sambar was way too spicy. Go to Sri Bhavan for authentic southern Indian food.

Absolutely delicious, went their to buy nimco but the mouthwatering pani puri n chaat held us there for a very long time. Desi taste at its best and dont forget to eat the gulab jamun

Absolutely disastrous service! We had to wait for 40 mins to get a navaratri thaali and sabudana tikki. None of the staff had any courtesy to inform us about the delay. Every time I got the same response on follow up “sir ho gaya, bas 2 minutes”. Finally, when they ended up packing the food for take away despite me informing them that it is for dine in. Needless to mention, that the same food was unpacked and served later, which eventually resulted in us having cold food.

Amazing experience. Really loved the typical Indian flavour, taste and the aroma of the food served at Bikanerwala, Al Furjan. My Indian families and friends will love the taste. The staffs are really friendly.

Worst experience.super expensive compared to their service and quality.very slow service.went to buy vada pav they gave whatever available with them, not even freshly made.this took approx 20 to 25 mins to give me.

We tried Gulab jamun, Lassee, Khadi Chawal, Pani Puri & Kachoris during our visit last weekend. Found the food items to be good in taste and quality. Pani Puri stuffing could've been better though.
Overall it was a good experience visiting this restaurant.

Enjoy the authentic Indian vegetarian dishes from this location. The orders are taken and served hot - spicy/ non-spicy. The waiters are really polite, and are ready to serve you. The location is really good to schedule business meetings across coffee, friends and families.

A quiet peaceful branch of Bikanervala. Wide variety of well prepared North & South Indian snacks, food, mithais & desserts & popular veg Chinese cuisine too. Good place for families.

Visited twice once for Diwali and once 2 weeks back. Need to say the staff are always smiling and pleasant. Sweets are one of the best in UAE. Motichur ladoos are the best. Loved it. Do try.

Visited their Al Furjan Branch, ordered for Shahi Paneer, Roti and Pudina Paratha. The food was served in 20 mins but without my Pudina Parantha. The Pudina paratha was served like 20 mins after they served the main course and that too it was burnt and with no trace of Pudina. I asked them to identify the dish that they served and they said he will check.
They replaced it after another 20 mins. I had killed my appetite waiting for food by then. All this happened when there was hardly 1 more customer who arrived after we ordered our food.

Best quality and authentic Indian sweets in Dubai. I have been buying sweets regularly in Dubai as my son is very fond of kaju Katli. The Bikanerwala kaju Katli is the authentic one in taste and texture. The staff is very helpful here. My son is very naughty and got hit in head so we had to rush to hospital missing to pick up our food but few days later when we visited the place again the manager remembered and gave us a choice to eat at restaurant or take sweets for the missed order. Another incident which ranks them at 5 star is availability. Due to Diwali preparation I was late in buying pooja sweet but Bikanerwala had all the ladoo and katli available throughout the day and it was amazing because i know many indian sweet shops were not having pooja sweets.

I live nearby to Bikanervala Furjan Pavilion and occasionally I have a meal there occasionally with my family and usually like to takeaway sweets when we feel like Indian sweets as their sweets are really good, the place is clean and convenient, staff very friendly and place is clean.

Perfect. 100% Indian Vegetarian. You get almost everything here. Excellent Indian Snacks, Sweets. Perfect here. I like their Kabab Platter.

They dont know how to manage the order. The kids order was given the last when all the adult had finished their order. They didnt had proper bread for the sandwich and then instead of paneer they served with aaloo patty. The day was pathetic for them.
