If you are vegetarian then you will love this place. Chats se lekar panjabi dishes. All authentic and tasty.

Decent food. Staff was friendly. The desserts were actually very good. The kaju barfi was amazing as was the rasmalai.

Worst ever food experience, worst quality and quantity. I bought a mini thali which is 32aed.total food items were so sweet even the gravies too taste like kheer. What the hell shop is this‍️. Waste of money

The way they serve food like giving to dogs and cats. I ordered samosa chat and bottle of water and I pay 18 dhrm I finish that chat in max 2 min so you can imagine what m talking about. The guy who made my order putting chutney like it’s made out of 24k gold, very valuable chutney literally like there’s count if one drop extra they will not make budget for this year. I eat this thali in near by veg restaurant in proper air condition clean environment and I pay 15 dhrm. So guys choose wisely. The supervisor he’s having maun vrat he dnt speak only action. About the taste I dnt want to talk bcz I respect food. Will never visit again here.

Terrible at Al ghurair mall, They put on menu. Mattar kulcha.what would any Indian understand. Green peas and Kulcha.they gave cold channels daal, with tomato, onion and spices.mixed by the counter guy and the Kulcha is just BREAD!

I complained, they said here kulcha is like that see thr picture.and I said yiu should had told me it is bread.then the other cash register guy comes n says mam you should tell us. I said I don't know there is bread kulcha.and other type!

How can this restaurant take an order confirm it and forget to prepare and dispatch the food …this is the best way to lose customers.ordered for the first time on smiles app because I wanted to redeem points but never again.the order was placed at 12: 30 called back after an hour to check around 1: 45 pm and that’s when I found out the order was never received and never dispatched and the app showed food Is on the way… are you guys competing at losing customers?

Its was bad experience taken order and charged money but forgot to prepair meal. This happend with me two time.
Meal qty and plate dont give good impression.
No bikanner sweet or item along with staff meal
Were others do give.
Just feedback since im reguler customer of haldiram and bikkanerwal. Thier is scope of improvement.

Very bad experience, never go there, rude staff, served stale sweets in the thaali, when complained threw it away, and went back, should be given negative black points, not even one star.

I ordered some sweets on 17th of Sept through Careem delivery Apps. When the sweets came and we tested it was almost rotten/5 6 days old sweets. My son was about to vomit after putting it into the mouth. So disgusting I will never recommend Bikanervala to anyone. From now on I am not buying anything from your outlets.

Very very bad food. Paid 21 dhs for a thali. We got very little food for that. Absolutely hated it. Hope they improve their services.

Food was not so good. I had their Chole Bhature and veg hakka noodles with veg manchurian combo.both were not good as expected and it was too expensive.didnt met the quality for the price.

I had samosas and Masala tea, samosas was average but the tea taste was very bad too expensive. Infect it was not the masala tea. For me it was a bad experience.

I had Malai rasgulla and Rabdi there.
Randi was good.
But the rasgulla which they have named as 'Malai rasgulla' is actually frozen too cold like ice.
Bhai rasgulle kon barfile khate hai?

It's located in second floor, i ordered chole bhature it was tasty and ok in quantity but seems costly.
