Excellent taste of food and great service by Raushan at execitive tower business bay outlet. We really enjoyed the food and service. Thank you.

Would give Zero stars if possible. It seems the management of this restaurant decided to fool people by dish name and then providing them with a quantity which isn't even sufficient for a child.
I think they would eventually come down to providing a table spoon of curries and yet charge the full amount.

Everything is good but increase some salt and pepper in your ajwain kachori and also add some chicken.

This place does not deserve any rating. Do not order food from here. They took 1.5 hour to prepare a vadapav. I called restaurant 30 times to check the status of order, but there was no response. Delivery personnel also waited for an hour just to pick up an order.

This is serious disrespect for customers.

Very poor delivery service and staff. They didn't answer the call and even send the orders in 2 hours even the location is only 5 mins away.

Pathetically slow service, inconsistent quality, horrible tea. Hope to see another Indian cuisine restaurant in this mall soon

I have ordered twice from this branch both the time quality of the food was very very bad and their customer service was mirch wala tadka to my experience. Al qusais branch has best staff and good quality of food

Amazing service
Paid for tea and sweets.
Tea white as milk and requested for kadak, no option available.
Paid but didn't took tea and staff didn't even bothered to ask.take it or leave it.

Had thali, they served stale sweet with it, when complained, they didn't care, just threw it away, rude attitude of the staffwill never visit again. And they don't even care, what the customer thinks, worthy of not even one star.

I am waiting for over 90 mins for my order. It has not come. They don't use zomato valets and don't belive in picking up the phone. Their valets are useless and so is the management. Horrible horrible horrible. No food and they mark it delivered on zomato. Even zomato support cannot get in touch with them. Avoidable

This special Thali is dh40/-
Rather they should pay Dh40/- if someone can eat this.
Its seems to be from a new planet.

I paid for the order then saw cockroach roaming near the food, nothing else to say.

Never order from them if you want it delivered on time. They just don't respect time. Plus has no live tracking. So rider will go and deliver some other order n the restaurant will keep lying to you that he is coming. Zomato is also no help as what they do is just to say sorry n refund u some small amount as a voucher. Avoid this outlet of Bikanerwala for ordering at all costs. Unless and until u r fine with having lunch at dinner time or tea time snacks at dinner time.

We are a regular customer with Bikanerwala with other branches (almost every Friday and Sat), we recently shifted to the executive tower and went to Bay Avenue Branch, we ordered Masala dosas, and he denied the second filling of Sambhar, which has never happened to us in any part of the world. No south Indian food delivery restaurant denies the next filling of sambhar or chutney, neither does any branch of Bikanerwala. This branch the manager was also very rude and he did not provide us with an extra filling of sambhar. We always go as a family and the order is always big. But this branch of Bikanerwala was horrible. How can they deny sambhar to the customer?

One of the worst restaurants in this area. Food have no quality at all. Pure waste of money. Instead go & try Kamat one of the best in this area.

I bought kaju sweets for my wife to US from Dubai and this is what they gave (lower layer was full of visible dirt- they intentionally put smelly and dirty peaces in lower layer to hide and give authentic Indian feeling of fooling customers).
If you care for your health -either avoid this Restuarant or be watchful on what you are being served.

The worst experience ever. Pathetic services.
I called to place order at 10 in the morning. Several stuff like kachori, samosas, jacobi, dhokla etc he said it will be delivered within 45 minutes. I called him after an hour said the order was left for delivery and no one turned up. Later went I call him at 12 after waiting the person who answers my call takes down my order all over again n says there was a confusion and the order was not even placed. Just so annoying.

Newly open pure veg restaurant in the MALL. Super food. Must TRY. Also relatively cheaper compared to other restaurants.

Never expected the poor quality of Thali from Bikanervala. The curry is full of oil, even Dal also having too much oil. It's looks like they put only oil instead of the curry. I don't recommend thali. Thw desert Gulab jamun is hard to eat. Price 3/5, Quality 1/5, Taste 2/5.

Just Like one of the reviewers, the staff seem to serve persons who look loaded and ingored me completley as I had a backpack, walked out of there without buying anything rang the manager, no reply, since coming back to Australia, been telling everone to avoid this place like a plague. Bikanerwala in India is much better. This place does not even hold a candle to its Indian Couterparts.

More commercial, staff isn't very friendly and raise their eyebrows if you ask for a little more curry than what they serve. Their Karama branch is a lot better in every sense.
