My recent visit to the Dubai mall outlet was disappointing and frustrating. The complete chaos in the outlet, coupled with the woefully untrained staff and their rude attitudes, made for an utterly unpleasant experience. It's high time the management took serious action to rectify these issues and provide customers with the quality service they deserve. I couldn't help but notice that the two individuals responsible for taking orders appeared more suited for a pub environment than for this establishment.
Order simple chole bhature in Dubai mall Bikanervala. Extremely bad attitude counter guy, food service takes 30 minutes even for a cholebhature, in-spite of not having enough order. Too many people inside making the whole service quality bad. Will never come to Bikanerwala again, will not recommend to anyone as well. Surprise to see that the same complainant was there before 4 month, nothing improved
Thanks to the very hardworking staff at bikanervala. This place gets overrun at times with high demand. Bikanervala offers a huge variety of excellent Indian and international vegetarian fare.
This is the first time we tried Indian cuisine and to our surprise, it was most disgusting food ever. We ordered plain dosa. The chutney was without salt and not even seasoned. Sambar was most atrocious ever. The dosa was cold and useless. I paid 35 aed, and after one Bute. I returned it and said. Don't serve to anyyone This is the reason why Noone tries Indian. And, if by chance they eat, they regret.
I have never eaten this poor quality food ever in any Indian Restaurants. Absolutely Rubbish food and even worse service than the food itself. These guys seriously needs customer service training urgently. 30.05.2023
Very confused and slow staff, failing to understand what customer has ordered. I ordered paratha with my meal and they’re telling me I ordered kulcha, I don’t even know what a kulcha is. Whilst Very poor service
Place was very crowded when I visited. However the taste and quantity of the thali I ordered was great. It's hard to find seating in public Holidays. But nevertheless this is the only Vegetarian Brand Restaurant in Dubai Mall Food Court. I hope Haldiram also will open International with some better location and accessibility in future. I highly recommend this eatery for people looking for vegetarian Imdian option and tasty food.
The food looked typical restaurant like although they have a large menu with lot of varieties. Only couple of Indian food options in the food court, so both of them are always crowded. Not worth spending the time and effort after getting tired by walking in this huge mall. Better option is to go out and eat at a good restaurant.
One of the worst place went to pickup from talabat. The staff here will not even treat us like humans. If we ask for order they will not even care they act like they did not hear. They don't even care.then y the hell ur restaurant is having online buisness when u can't do it properly. One of the worst place. I'll not even suggest anyone to this kind of restaurant. I never seen this kind of staff anywhere very worst staff
They asked for phone number while ordering. We gave the number thinking that they need the number to notify us when food is ready. But later realized that they won’t call. When asked to remove the number, counter staff was arrogant and insulting as he said, without entering the number, they cant process the order through the system.
I don’t know why they made mobile number mandatory to get food as per Managmeent requirement.
The person taking order was rude, item mentioned on the menu so i asked for it. He replied in rude tone without even looking at me, " we dont have it". There was not a single customer at the counter and it was not even lunch time.
Good choice with fast service. Ordered enough food for 2 adults and 2 kids which came up to the equivalent of £23. Taste of the food was authentic aswell but if you are not a fan of spicy food then make sure you tell them as by default the food here is spicy. All in all I would 100% recommend this place to others.
Worst food ever.ordered curry chawal and I couldn’t imagine how they can ruin such a easy dish. Tasteless. Looks like they mixed all ingredients heated it up and served. Completely raw in flavour. Warm yellow liquid. I wish I could give negative rating
No point visiting here before 12 pm. Nothing available to eat. As an Indian I have always had Chole Bhature in breakfast, but these guys here serve it during Lunch time. Better eat at Bombay Chowpati.
We have stayed in Dubai for 7 days and out of those 7 days 6 days lunch and dinner we had at this place only. Tried food outside as well but nothing suits us better (For vegetarian) the food was amazing withs lots of Option. Also you can also order food from Talabat if you are not willing to go at the mall they usually delivers it in 30 mins but go for cash on delivery option.
Very delicious and tasty food. Noodles was so soft bit oily but very delicious along with munchurions. Is very recommended and veg thali was also very tasty. A life saviour for vegetarians. Prices are moderate here. Loved every bit of it
Brilliant food… tried chole bhature, daal makhni, saag, pizza… everything was awesome. Taste was same as you would get in a Delhi branch. Highly recommend and would go back again. The guy on the counter- Danish is very friendly.
This place was recommended and is a hidden gem within Dubai Mall. The food is so authentic and fresh, at very low prices. We tried the Thali which had so much choice and flavour.
Found this on a random tv show. The food is very good, amazing array of curries and breads. Very cheap and hidden in the Dubai Mall food area upstairs on the third floor. Staff are quick and helpful.
Late service and staff is showing too much attitude i am daily customer here but he keeps my service late everytime and prioritize some other customer who is buying too much
Recently visited them in their dubai mall outlet. And since indian street style chowmin is my all time favorite so I ordered Veg Chowmin with Manchurian ball platter. Service was pretty quick. Quantity was so perfect and good for 2 people. And i am so happy in Dubai-that Finally i got the proper Indian Street style Desi chinese food. Loved the saucy spicy taste. And since its from Bikanerwala.quality is guaranteed ️️
Man on the counter is arrogant & don’t have common sense, it seems he is paying for spoons from his own pocket. For 2 3 different food they provide only 1 spoon & gave panipoori which was on display for hours with a expression of giving it for free. This man on counter is enough to make people not visit this Stall again.
The tea served in the dubai mall bikanerwala food court was really bad.it was stale almost black in color, and tasted very bitter, when asked the server to make it less strong and add some milk, he just denied it without caring at all. Although I had insisted him in the beginning to make it less strong. The dahi sevpuri ordered had just overfilling of dahi and barely anything at all. After informing him again he just dint want to do anything. I am really disappointed The person at the counter clearly dint care about the quality of the food served at all and was not even ready to correct the tea. This level of quality and service is not at all expected in dubai mall outlet. BIKANERWALA has a good reputation and the standards shuld be same every where
I ate the first masala dosa in my life here. Some women from India explained us how we should eat it. It's not that easy if you try it the very first time. It was a really nice experience.
Amazing food ️️ it was unexpected and flattering to find pure vegetarian food outlet in the Dubai mall and that too we got amazing jain food. Keep up with the good taste. All the best.
Came here a little while back when malls were still open and ordered the ghee roast and pav bhaji. Both were decent in taste and pricing is average as well. Service was decent with the food being served within expected time.
Been to this place a fortnight ago and we got PURE Veg and that too JAIN food in the Dubai mall, and i do recommend people to go here, the food is very good with reasonable prices.
Had been to Dubai Mall in December 19 n was extremely delighted to hear that they serve JAIN food in the midst of the multicusine food court. We are really awestruck with the food they served. My all best wishes n lots of Blessings to the person who thought about this. The food was really good n delicious. One must visit this place opposite Keventers in the Food Court
