Had winter special thali. Abhishek took our order. He was the only one in the restaurant taking orders. Yet he was quick and with a smile. Great service experience. Thanks Abhishek! Appreciate your hospitality.

The other Bikanerwalas in Dubai are much better than this one, if you can, go to some other one.

Not good at all. We bought a pastry and bought at home. They gave stale pastry also taste was not good. And when I called them, The Manager stared entertaining another customer over the phone he didn't pay any attention towards my complaint. I waited for 2 minutes and another food that we eat there was not upto the mark and the also the service was not good.

Very bad service. I ordered Pani Puri and they didn't give Puri. When I informed, he said restaurant already closed. They didn't listen also.

Paper cups shall be avoided, at least one who ask, they should provide the proper cups to drink tea or coffee.only Bikenerwala saying you should drink coffee or tea in paper cup.

Found a piece of plastic in my bhaji of pao bhaji, it was very disturbing. Tried calling on the landline to complain but no one picking the phone. Please ask your staff to be more careful.

They were just rude and speaking in Hindi.
Not all Indian's speak fluent Hindi, I asked for a grilled sandwich and they hung up on me.

Service & taste of this branch has gone down a lot.
Simple samosa takes 20 mins and when it came it was not even hot.
Honey chilli potato - don't even try.not even saucy or anything.

Just momos were good enough to eat

I used to love Bikanerwala but since so many months their quality quantity is becoming horrible. I used to take chole bhatura & only chole from them since 2015. The have decreased the quality drastically. Today they gave chole with bhatura that you can’t even eat half bhatura with it. No achaar, quantity of pyaaz, hari mirch and aloo was pathetic. The way they start packing the things.just horrible.they used to pack the stuff with lid previously and now they are just packing with the plastic thing. Quality of food, price & packing is going down the drains now. If any restaurant think people can’t survive without them. Nokia bandh ho gaya, Nirulas bandh ho gaya & their are many examples. Bandh hote der nahi lagte aur aajkal ka zamana social media kai.it doesn’t take time to boycott and spread the words in few second. Beware for your products now. Aache bhi reviews diye hai par jab customer ko ullu banaoge toh woh bhi bolega. Hope you will not delete this review.

Enjoyed their chole bature and the ras malai. Good place for a quick bite.vegetarian food though

Be careful if you think they are vegetarian. Tomato sauce they serve has shell fish in it. How is that vegetarian

Good place to visit for a quick Thali. Tastes good but pricey. Hygiene to be improved a lot. Lots of options for sweats and khara items, mostly north indian.

Beat for indian sweets away from India. 1 less star as they are using dalda not desi ghee.

Overall it is good place.

Indrani and Gud Sandesh tastes heavenly. Love all the indian snacks served here except panipuri. Staff are pleasant and usually all the food are freshly made and served with an open kitchen setup, you see the chefs cooking. Place is economical and north Indian food is palatable and tastes authentic.

Highly overpriced, basically to exploit pure vegetarian. They need to re-look on how the items are made & price otherwise will be overtaken by Kamat.

What you can eat is Thali decent qty & good taste (Smart Meal Thali AED 22).
In sweets I prefer eating only cham cham, rasgulla, othe dry fruit sweets though highly priced didnt like the taste.

The restaurant is decent for a quick fix chaat option.
It is a little weird though because sometimes they play extremely loud religious chants. You do have customers from different backgrounds.

I wish I can give 0star to them. Part of my order is missing and when I called them to resolve the issue, they were extremely rude saying that they can't do it now. They even said that there are other customers and they can't even look into the matter. This is how you guys treat your online customers? So irresponsible and rude behaviour.

Very pathetic service by Bilanerwala, JLT corncorn tower. Food quality is bad and the amont of service is not worth it.

Very Bad experience went with Family around 12noon on a Saturday.
The staff was rude & unhelpful. Their Air Conditioning doesn’t seem to work, we felt suffocated & complained but to no avail. The quality of food is deteriorating, the cheese in cheese dosa used was bad, lots of oil in every item.
Won’t visit again.

The restaurant is clean and hygienic, they provide various dishes for all the Indian cuisines and tastewise in dubai it's good, and on price basis according to dubai it's normal

The service is very bad. The guys at the counter dont even look at you to take the bill. You have to keep calling out to them for attention. Do not prefer to stand as if its a crowded fish market with the seller totally uninterested in customers as they have too much business. Food is over priced for average taste

Best place for Indian fast food. Well organised, spacious and decent service. Good place forfamily.

Good food above average price of all the dishes. Small mosquitos has been spotted inside restaurant. Washroom exhaust fan sounds like Disel Generator.

Great place and wide assortment. Kulcha was a let down because it was not really a kulcha but chhole were too good. Indian Sweets are also available at reasonable cost

Great place for indian snacks, sweets and breakfast. For breakfast you can have Samosa, kachori, jalebi.
They also serve delicious Cholle bhature, Puri bhaji, stuff aalo / aalo gobi paranthe, masala dosa and utthapam. If can also get Indian sweets specially rass malai, rassgulle and Rabdi. Also namkeen sev, mixture and bhujiya.

Tasteless overpriced stuff. Attached picture is of ras Malai - Seriously it was the most disgusting ras malai ever. Also, to prep basic chaat, the staff asked for 10 minutes time while they stood doing not much.
Social distancing didn’t seem to exist between their staff members.

They do not understand what customer service means.short items, expired items, the saga is unending! Check check and check before you buy!

All Bikanerwala is my personal favorite restaurant. I almost order my daily lunch from here. I am so addicted to their taste and freshness of food that they deliver that even if I have had the last two meals from here and someone gives me a choice to go again to Bikanerwala, I never say no:). I have tried multiple restaurants in Dubai since most of the meals I eat out everyday but the best thing about Bikanerwala is u don’t feel bloated or stuffed after eating their food and probably that’s the reason I order from them almost everyday.

Great tasting food, good value. But if you order delivery be prepared for mission unwrapping all the packaging. C’mon guys, do you really need a plastic container for a slice of lemon!

Amazing food, systematic ordering process and beautiful ambience. The place offers good variety of chats, full course and also different cuisines. Clean and hygienic place

Interesting experience. Best vegetarian curry i had in a long time. I went there to buy some classic Indian sweets based on a colleague's advice, i wasn't disappointed! Struggling not to eat it all in one go. The place has an interesting setup of self service where you pay before you order which is very tricky for someone like me who doesn't know the names of the dishes. The manager came to my rescue and was of great help. Will go back again

I used to be a big fan of Bikanervala and visit their JLT outlet for weekend breakfast. During my last visit i.e. Yesterday, I got jalebi for takeaway and to my surprise I found it highly unfit for consumption. When I warmed the jalebi in the microwave for a few seconds it turned black and the colour started spreading. I wonder why the product turned black? Also if the food item has artificial colours then it should be mentioned at the selling point.
I hope the big brand Bikanervala will take this post seriously followed by necessary actions to improve their food quality.

Classic place. Best place for some Desi food lovers starter to main course something for everyone.

No one takes delivery charges in JLT. This stupid people take 5 AED delivery charges with average quality food.

If you want to screw up your mind and have below average quality food then only visit here.

I went during Diwali preparation so place had enough cartons etc. Which don't look nice. Food is OK. Service is also acceptable.

This restaurant caters to the people living in JLT. Indian Chaat and thali dinner is there speciality. I would give it a good.

Good tasting food. I stuck to the chats mainly with chole bhatura as the main course. The place is nice clean and has a bright vibe.
What put me off a bit was the fact that there was no table service, you have to order everything at once and keep collecting it from the counter, which kind of makes one refrain from trying out more dishes.

One of the most horrible places for fast food. I asked for a veg cheese sandwich and I got a bread with cheese singles.absolutely pathetic.

Nice place. Good food. Good service. I prefer this place over any other branches. Dont forget to try their "matar kulcha".
