The food was excellent as always and what made thr whole experience amazing was our attendant Milan who gave us really good recommendations from the menu.

Nice place. Samosa size is small compared to other places and price is on the higher side.

Before the food was good but just when they get a little more crowd the staff doesn’t know how to handle it at all. They don’t come for 15 minutes to even ask for water. They will come and ask for order and leave and never come back. They even behave as if they are doing a favour on us by giving us food. It was a very disappointing experience. Never go there when there are more than even 10 people in this restaurant.

Visited this place many times in the past and will definitely go again happily in future. One of the best places to dine for vegetarian Indian food, especially the snacks. The excellent service provided by the servers like Mr. Jovanpreet and others, is just like icing on the cake. Such kind of happy, jolly and friendly staff makes the dining experience more enjoyable.
The famous Chole Bhature, Tikki Chat, Samosa Chat, Rasmalai and the wide variety of sweets is a must try at least once for the veg lovers.

Worst possible food and service specially the chat corner guys. They behave as if they are doing a favour on the customers by providing food. The kachori chat was stiff and hard as hell.
Not fresh and they charged 14.50 DHS for such food.

I ordered food along with sweets their packaging was so bad all the sweets leaked into the food. Upon calling them they said we can’t do anything about it contact your delivery company. It’s the fault of the restaurant for the food packaging not the delivery company.

Most of my office lunch and snack time spent at Bikanervala. They know what I order always. Paneer Parathaa.

I am absolutely furious with the pathetic delivery service provided by this restaurant! I placed an order, and they completely forgot to deliver it. I waited for an hour and a half, only to call and be told that they had forgotten about my order. What kind of incompetence is that?

It is absolutely unacceptable to forget about a customer's order, especially when they are relying on you to provide a service. The fact that I had to call and inquire about my order just to find out that it had been forgotten is outrageous.

As if the initial mistake wasn't bad enough, the complete lack of urgency or concern on their part was truly appalling. There was no apology or attempt to make things right. They simply shrugged off their mistake as if it was no big deal.

I will never be ordering from this restaurant again, and I would strongly advise others to avoid it as well. Their delivery service is an absolute joke and a complete waste of time. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Very good for Indian dish lovers - the best part that it gives 50% discount on chole bature (an Indian delicacy) Discount timing is from 8am till 11.30 am. Good for getting Indian snacks and even deserts like Ras Malai and mawa are really delicious.

If there was any negative grading I would definitely go for it. Since this restaurant was near to me, went there for Chat (takeaway) the short guy at the cash counter immediately refused, reason he doesn’t have time to prepare the item. I was shocked to hear. Requested couple of times he was not ready to listen. Immediately left the place n went to nearby Indian restaurant, they happily served!
Manager and Management is responsible for this kind of arrogant behavior

The taste is good, but it's costly all the time except breakfast. So, sometimes come here to enjoy our breakfast

Golgappe, chat, Raj kachori, Dahi paapdi, Pani puri, all type of snacks, Aalu bhujia, namkeen, much more, Ghewar, Rasmalai, spong Rasgulle, All type of sweets, Here You will got all the stuff of indian food, that you miss. Very good taste. Good Price, Super Packing, Very Good.

We went for breakfast. Ordered for chole bhature, sada dosa, mysore masala dosa, paratha and tea. Full marks to all the dishes. Surely will visit again.

Very bad thali.sweets very bad. Too much butter in daal. Only frozen peas and carrot in mix veg

Food is delicious, customer service is worst. Specially Naresh don’t even know how to handle customers.

Good for mithais only.visited around 9.30pm, stale samosa and super dry dosas with stale chutney. Really unsatisfactory.

Why is the restaurant open with full menu when you only have chaat items available?

Very Bad service when order is take over the phone. They take the order and not prepare on time and at the time of delivery (after 1 and half hour) they cancelled the order, bcoz they don't deliver, but they still take the order.
Can't trust with the ordering over the phone

Very nice and convenient place with excellent ambience. Affordable breakfast to enjoy with friend and families, a must visit place. Choley bhaturay and dosa is really good with masala tea

BIKANERWALA SILICON: Ordered Samosas, got the rotten samosa.bad small and taste.when complained.they straight away refused.pathetic service n food.be cautious when you order next time.you may be eating the leftovers.

Food is fresh to service. They have a restraunt and sweet section seperatly.

You can order but you need to go to the till for order which is strange when you are sitting in the restraunt area.

Over all they have fresh veg food and has elaborate menu.
They also keep packed sweet and savour.

Ordered breakfast through home delivery, had a lot of expectations on its brand name, but didn't get the authentic taste alike Bombay Chowpati or Puranmal. Sambar was too salty, taste is even less than a normal local restaurant.no value for money at all!

Food is nice although bit expensive. Cons - During closing hours, employees were sweeping floor, while 2 families were still dinning.

The brand never let's u down. Good food and versatile variety. The southindian tastes from the south and the chaat for sure tingles your taste buds. Today I tried utappams and had fresh water melon juice without sugar and ice. It was just Devine. Best of the natural flavor. The rich food is awesomely rich and the healthy food is equally healthy. Good food, good service. Accommodating floor staff. However, did not like the fact that on 3 separate occasions, the Floor Manager was sitting around watching videos on his phone while the waiters tried to attend to several tables at one time. No smile or acknowledgement from the Manager/Supervisor.

Second visit to this outlet, a mistake again, untrained staff, order served wrong, manager in sight, worst quality of gulab jamuns.
