I had a very nice experience with The Bike Shop. You can buy and rent bike from them. They provide repair services also. It was very easy to rent a bike and they provided helmets and night lights also. The prices are also very reasonable. They have all kinds of bikes for adults and kids. The track starts right next to the shop and has a lovely canal view. Will definitely rent from them again

Rented the bikes out on Friday night for a friend and I. We got 2 hours so we ended up cycling for 27km down to the burj Al Arab and back. Had such good fun and would definitely come back. No issues with the bikes at all.

We had a pleasant an experience with a Bike Shop, staff are so friendly and meet all our expectations. Bikes with a high quality wheel and comfortable for a riding. We watch amazing sunset from canal and enjoyed the riding. Definitely will recommend that place for everyone who love active lifestyle.

I bought 2 bikes from this store. Unfortunately, both began to deteriorate not long after. I think we wasted our money. I asked them for help under warranty. However, they asked for money. I said I would report them. And only then did they come. However, the problems were not resolved. I need to buy new bikes. Unfortunately I lost my money.

My friend and I took two bikes last Sunday around the Business Bay area and it was one of the most splendid afternoons I've experienced. The bikes were incredible quality with all the special gears and right compartments for storage. It was a most enjoyable experience and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making sure all the safety gears and our comfort was of top priority, I highly recommend this experience!

Great place to rent bikes definitely, they gave me a beautiful Mountain Bike Giant and guided me regarding the routes that I could take to enjoy my ride. They also provided me with everything needed so it was a great experience so far!

It was an amazing experience as the bike shop is close to the bike line, which connects you with Meydan. Bike was well maintained and running smoothly and effortlessly, stuff was very helpful with finding the right bike and making adjustments until it felt perfect. Best thing to do in winter!

We had a great time renting the bikes from the bike shop. Reaching the shop was easy with accessible free parking just across the street. The staff were ready to give us our bikes quickly upon our arrival and were expecting us. They kitted out the bikes with a small pouch attached to the frame where you can put personal possessions - easy access for your phone (great for me so I could take lots of photos of our beautiful scenic ride) and also gel pads for the seats for more comfort. We could choose which frame we wanted. I went for a hybrid model and my friend chose a road bike. The bikes were in good condition and easy to ride. They were also fitted with powerful front and back lights which was great as we were riding in the evening in the dark. From the shop the cycle track is very close and from there we rode to the canal and then down to kite beach and back. Perfect evening!

Amazing experience. Rented 2 bikes for sunset ride on Dubai canal waterfront. It was so cool. We went from Business bay to Jumeirah beach. Can’t wait to do it again.

Yesterday I have been doing biking and thanks to Bike Shop, cause they arranged for me and my friend great bikes. Gave us all of the instructions and was really polite! Plus a big plus for the location, it’s literally next to the longest track of Dubai.

Great overall experience. The Bike Shop Dubai is well located. They offer a variety of services including bike rentals. I took the 2 hour rental for 55aed and rode along the conveniently located bike path next to the shop that goes all the way along the Dubai canal to Jumeriah Beach. I would definitely recommend it for a great afternoon activity.

I booked two bikes. I really enjoyed the experience. Very good location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend to everyone. I will definitely be back.

Very bad service in this location.they tell you they have the bike when I called them.i get to the shop, and they don’t have what great service. After that we choose another bike and agree on price than they change the price higher.save your money and shop another store.they make prices up as they go along and waste your time just to get you to come to the shop.

My experience was a waste of time and money. I handed the bike in for a service and it came back with new issues which now I’ll be taking to another shop to fix. I returned the bike to this shop after the failed service to repair and they didn’t know how to fix it. Looking at the owner’s responses you can tell there isn’t much ownership. I don’t expect and won’t be asking for a refund. Will not be returning.

Poor customer service and staff had a bad attitude. Went there to rent a bike, did not even check the quality of the bike before handing it to me. Bike brake was not working. Will not come rent from them again.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. I went there last week to service my old bike (it was rusty since it is a 5 years old bike) and i told them can you make it as new. They said yes but it will cost you 440. I said ok. When i came to collect my bike i was shocked they are asking me more (515) and the bike wasn't as i imagined it will be. They only changed Capel and capel housing with tube. No grease. With the old tires. I had to do all the work again in my house.

However, I can't stand the attitude of the supervisor/manager there, he is so pushy, rude and every time you call him he will ask you to send a Whatssap message (Not everything can be explained in a text message).

Got my bike phone holder. Surprisingly not many other places keep it in Dubai. Called almost all the shops in Al Quoz and Jumeirah area no one except 2 had it. Bike Shop and another one. The other shop had it for AED 250+. This one is for AED63. Hopefully it lasts. Haven't put it on the bike as yet.

Quick fix and reasonable prices. It’s at the back of the building. So park at front and take a small walk around the building and you will see it

Poor quality of bikes and poor after sales service. We had issues within days and went back to ask them to service /repair it. The manager said you should have come back within 24 hours!

The worse in customer service, i call to by some accessories for my cycle, when they answer the call, they (3guys) kept telling me send on whats app, they block me from calling, they answer after 30 minutes, already from AD coming to dxb to finish some business, so i think its a chance to buy when i go back home.

A good bike shop having Merida and Upten brands. Rentals also available. Support BY abbas was very good. Reasonable prices for the Upten bikes.

Shop opens whenever the staff arrives, not as per Opening Hours on the door. Very blasé attitude to customer on the phone.
No place to park.

Only rooms for improvement: no qualified guidance where to Bike.except a hint for one standard bike road.
Finally I did by trial and by myself.
Was a great day. Going at beach side up to the Palm and BAK including Büro Kalifa. Total 55 km. Was a Friday and possible to bike nearly everywhere.

Don’t trust this place at all. Such an awkward encounter with the employees. Pay a little more and go somewhere where they are honest and don’t conspire to charge you more for work they won’t do. Unacceptable. Not recommended

The manager Ameer is fantastic guy with great service. I bought couple of accessories and they are of great quality.

Badly setup bike that I had to take to the shop twice and still not setup properly. Very bad experience.

I went there to fix my bike. "150 aed full-service ma'am. We will do it till Sunday" so I left the bike Thursday. Sunday evening I went to collect it and I see nobody touched my bike. "We will do, we will do" and they are serving other clients first. Monday evening I went to get my bike. BUT Price is double from agreed. "because we fix this and that". Couldnt you tell client before it will cost more? They fixed gear wire and brake wire for 90 aed plus housing for 50 and Im asking myself now, what does it mean full-service? Cleaning? Cleaning a bike for 150 aed? For 100 o get whole interior of Lexus cleaned with steam. Not recommended place. Not by me.
