Very professional and friendly people work here. The bought bike was ready to use - all parts were inspected and adjusted, and I didn't experience any issues.

After not having cycled for a bit, I brought in my bike for a major service and full check up. Where personnel was friendly and personable, also advice on different options was great. Where I suggested some things (eg cassette, chain, maybe even wheels) might be ready for renewal, picking up my fully serviced bike (no delays, perfectly on time) they confirmed most of the bike was actually still in great condition. Never anything pushy towards must change etc, just offering a nice coffee and advice on what I could consider over time.

In short, beginning to end a great experience where staff at Bikeera was thinking with me. I recommend the (nice looking) store to anyone.

Great service! They fixed my chronic SRAM etap force front shifting problem properly. The shop has lots of different brands for bikes, apparel and accessories. Very friendly staff and owners. Just pass by on near Umm Suqeim road.

I received a complimentary bike service voucher from a recent cycling event. I can't praise the team enough who serviced my bike. Usually when I go for a bike service, the shops always tell me I need things to be changed on my bike, and try to sell me additional services. At Bikeera, they provided the complimentary service as promised, and even fixed a few additional items on my bike free of charge. They were super friendly and knowledgeable. My bike was ready on time as promised. The shop is bright and stocks a nice supply of bicycles. I highly recommend Bikeera and the team who work there!

Got my Polygon Siskiu T7 and very satisfied with the bike for trail ride. Staff are very eager to assist you as well as very accomodating. Definitely recommendable to somebody looking for a quality bike and accessories. Look for CJ for any help.

Newly opened Bike Shop in Dubai. Located off Umm Suqeim Road in the Al Quoz area this spacious and well equipped shop caters to the needs of cycling enthusiasts in Dubai.
I got my bike serviced here and the servicing was done professionally and the bike was delivered on the promised day.
The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I browsed the bikes on display and they stock KTM, Cipollini, Lapierre and Polygon bikes (Indonesian bike brand). They also had electric scooters in the showroom.
The showroom is well equipped with all the gear needed for cycling eg.pedals (LOOK, Shimano), helmets, lights, cycling GPS, Oakley cycling, sunglasses, cycling jerseys, bottle cages etc.
I would definitely recommend Bikeera to anyone looking to buy a new bike or to get their bike serviced.
