Rented two road bikes for an hour. Upon calling the lady said it is normally 130 but we will give you 120 AED, since you are taking two bikes and after I paid I found out they charged my card for 130 without telling me!

My problem is not over 10 AED is for the bad customer service they provide when I talked to them on instagram I received the rudest reply.

I will stick to Loop next time they have amazing people and excellent bikes and prices.
