Honestly this is the best shawarma I've ever eat but so disappointed my last order. Since it's late night so I can't go back to Café to complain. I found sharp stainless inside shawarma and I almost swallow it.hope next time they will take care of how they prepare food.

Too tasty and delicious food. And better behavior to customer. Especially awesome location and atmosphere. Also hygiene. I suggested this place for friends meet and refreshing.

A bad bad bad service - they don't deserve a single star Reason is when I ordered a shawarma with juice even after informing them to serve the shawarma first later juice they prepared juice first then after half and hour later they served shawarma hahaha they don’t even have a commonsense how to serve the order! This is my last visit to this restaurant! Team bin awadh customer will never return if you dint serve them properly and on time!

A tiny cafeteria serving decent snacks and really god shawarma. Small space with indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Recommended for shawarma.

Best ever saffron tea and the best ever spicy shawarma. I never miss to have a zafrani tea, every time I visit Dubai.

Been a regular shawarma for so long, today ordered 3 to my place which 3 bldgs away from the place and didn’t come for more than 1 hour, when calling after 1 hour they respond sarcastically n unprofessionally saying it’s send in 3 calls. Very bad Service. Would not recommend to anyone.

Tried this place because my cousin suggested about disco Tea. I thought some special tea. It was normal ginger Tea. We ordered Pokkavada, an Indian onion snacks along with that. It was not fresh, so we didn’t ate. Given complaint to waiter person. He talked politely and told us to they are not going to bill that thing. He took back that snacks.
While billing outlet owner/Manger asked us to pay for that snacks. He charging everything double form the written menu. I know I m not talking about 1 dirham things. Its all about customer service. I showed him the menu price which is installed in facade. He told menu all changed. He talked in a rude way.

I know they got prime location to do business. May be that is the reason they are sacrificing with customer service. Its not about the size, its all about the service

One of the best good delicious food and excellent coffee this cafetria has.
Service is awesome. Cafe is owned by mallus so no questions about their preparation. Yummy spread they have.
Menu is big and you get almost all from that.
Best part is here this cafe is super economic 2 guys can eat full nonveg items with coffee and pay just less then 25 AED.
I just enjoyed having food there.
Superb.

The Chicken Shawarma is just too good!
You can also ask for the Shawarma without veggies. Basically it's only chicken and the sauces which tastes yummy too!

The Chicken Tikka combo is not good as the pieces are really hard.
Chicken Fillet burger is fine.
Tea is amazing.

Ambience is very tiny and compact. I prefer a take away.

Home delivery is quick (ofcourse coz I live right opposite)

Highlights - Convenient for a late night snack or some early morning tea. Since it shut for only 2hours.
