I had a disappointing experience with this company. Their service was not only delayed but also subpar. Not recommended.

Bin dasmal has demonstrated a shocking disregard for its employees' well-being. This company consistently fails to pay its workers on time, leaving them unpaid for several months on end. What's even more concerning is that Bin dasmal has been blacklisted by the union workforce for its chronic failure to provide salaries. This gross neglect of its workforce includes migrant workers who lack proper work visas. Bin dasmal has shown a complete lack of responsibility in updating these workers' immigration statuses, trapping them in a precarious and vulnerable situation where they can't return to their home countries. This unethical and inhumane treatment of employees is nothing short of disgraceful.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Bin Dismal. After discussing the quality of paper and details for my book, I paid a 50% down payment. However, the production was repeatedly postponed and delivery dates were repeatedly lied about. Furthermore, they kept changing their designers, who were recent graduates, and failed to adhere to my instructions for the elements in my book. Despite our initial agreement to deliver the book in 1-2 weeks, it took a total of 2 months and 2 weeks to be printed. Throughout this process, I had to visit them 5-7 times, and each time they gave me a different reason for the delay. I was left extremely frustrated and disappointed with their unprofessional behavior.

تجربة سيئة جداً ، عدم احترام العميل وعدم الرد على المكالمات سواء من الموظفين او المدير وتاخير الطلبات اكثر من شهر
والاسوء هو الكذب على العميل من قبل الموظفين والمدير كذالك
لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابداً

وعدم الالتزام بالمواعيد ولا المقاسات ولا اي شي من الاتفاق
وفي النهاية معظم التصنيع في مطابع اخرى هم مجرد وسطاء وبالسعر العالي

عملت ما يقارب ال١٨ سنه في هذا المكان
