BinSina Pharmacy City Centre Mirdif

I vote 1 star because the staffs very rude and disrespectful. I bought for more than 1000dhs skincare products. They talk to each other that can i pay my bills? If not why i take the product for what. Unprofessional they’re! Never come back. They have educated but act like supermarket

The worst service. The sales representative was very arrogant and even don’t know the costing of a product and instead they were charging double price for the product. No knowledge of the products that have been displayed.

Even though there were no other customers then also the representative was least bothered to attend the customer.

Hana the manager was so caring and understanding. I came in with an issue and not only did she help me pick the right product but even gave me a chair from the back to sit on to administer and tend to the pain. Amazing service you don’t find too often!

To day I visit the pharmacy and it was really a great experience The doctor is a nice person and all the staff also they give me an excellent services and they give me all the medicines i need and the assistant was very helpful to me
In the future it will be my destination for always.

I used to come several times to binsina pharmacy in mirdif city center.actually the one who helped me was the pharmacist Rana. She works with love and courtesy, also she cares for the customer’s satisfaction and I’ve seen that a lot

I was in Mirdif city center in Binsina pharmacies I like the promoter Dalel from Novexpert and Floxia and the pharmacist served better, their information was amazing as gentle, they are taking care of customers very politely.

I have never written a review but really one of the best pharmacy in mirdif city center excellent staff also the cosmetics staff very professional and helpful they treat every one like family,

Never coming back to Bin Sina pharmacy very poor customer service. Waiting more 20 minutes when I asked, they claim it’s for insurance approval. Went to another pharmacy was done in 5 minutes! Avoid this pharmacy and go else where better to save your time. Also, staff are not professional they aggressively try to up sell. I asked for Fucidin they took me to the digestive health section that’s says a lot of how “professional”they are.

Very humble and respectful staff. The pharmacist was quit knowledgeable about the medications I requested.

Very bad experience. Their price varies according to the customers
I had called up to enquire about a serum and the lady in the phone told me a price as 180
When I went to purchase they increased it to 220
Twisting the facts that it was a mistake.shocked how can a pharmacy do such mistakes tomorrow they may end up giving wrong medicine and say sorry by mistake.very careless and rude part is when we go to buy standing in front of us the girls in the shop speak to each other in their native language looks like they were discussing about me.
I also checked the price 220 was actually for the new version of the cream and what they were selling was the old version with the new price.
I think some one should yrain them how to behave in front of customers and not insult tjem.
