I am a client since 2019.
They are very patient in hearing their clients, perfect in translating this to the client's feet comfort. They have genuin and sincere cutomer service.

Absolutly perfect experts. I asked to increase right shoe by 1 cm. Photo attached. Really good specialists worth to recomend.

Today I found the cause of my limping for almost a year now.
The reason why I could barely walk every morning is that because I have plantar faciitis.
I couldn’t find a good doctor until I came to visit bio foot and I met this Jordanian doctor (I forgot to ask his name but he is the only Jordanian there in that Al Barsha Bio foot branch)
He was so accomodating.
He knew exactly what my problem is and he explained things to me THOROUGHLY.
I could really tell that he really know exactly what he is doing.
He gave me tips on how I could address the pain.
Like exercises, insole and etc…
I would highly recommend this place for those of you who are like me facing issue with their feet.
I could really tell he is not just doing it for the money but he is really genuinely passionate about helping those people that suffers from pain on their feet.
Hats off to you doc and also for those 2 kabayan ladies they’re both so sweet and accomodating as well.

Paid 2000 for a shoes and special insole based on their specialist exam that caused me severe ankle medical condition that I have to go through long treatment to fix.

Wasn’t a good recommendation to come here at all.

Ridiculously expensive! One can get the items needed online for a much cheaper price, please check online before buying. It is not acceptable when someone is injured and need immediate attention to be ripped off in these vulnerable moments.

Very unsatisfied with the service provided their by the staff. It took the 40 minutes to fetch a single slipper which they already have as i it was presented to me. One of the staff members were aggressive with me for asking whats taking too long. Basically very bad experience.
