Prices are better in common supermarkets then this so called wholesale store, staff dont know how to talk, prices for most of commodities were expensive.

Yesterday i purchased some stuff from bismi. I find 6 dirham difference in rate to other shops so i returned the goods to the cash counter person (luckman). I never expected a bad behaviour and attitude from a counter person this is not a good customer deal without friendly nature. I am here to notify the management about luckman so please do necessary action to prevent from such rough behaviour from your staff side especially the cash counter person luckman.

Waste off time staff not good to much slow working staff speciali counter staff like money connecters my boss order daily basis and me to much upp set to shere but I to much tired please help

I am a regular purchaser from Bismi trdg (AlKhabeisi) for my shops. But nowadays its very bad service. The people who are in the office dont know the names of the item and what to say to the customer.
The system they use is another headache.
Its shows entirely wrong stocks to them.
Whenever i order, its cent percent sure i will not receive more than three items.
Whenever i call asking about the missing items, answer would be a stupid one.
I really dont know whom to complaint regarding this. They are spoiling the entire business.
Please i would like the owner to take this as a request, as its going to a bad sitution!

We have a restaurant in Ras al Khor. We take stuff from bismi but they provide very poor service. Delivery is late everyday and staff is really Ill mannered and not interested in solving problems for their customers. Really disappointed.
