Got a call from this number
(04) 247 5107 saying that he is from Orient al futtaim. I replied and was talking in a very good way thanking them twice during the call for their services while telling them I am not interested when he was repeating himself and insisting that I hear about their services as other companies are not licensed but they are! The guy hung up on me in a very rude way! Stop calling and be polite if someone told you that he/she not interested because guess what: it happens that people do not buy or aren't interested and don't take it that personal. Grow up callers!

I am writing this review to share my extremely disappointing experience with BIT CULTURE COMMERCIAL BROKERAGE (my previous call center company). Not only did they fail to pay my salary, but I also discovered that they were involved in fraudulent business practices as investment brokers in Dubai.
First and foremost, the fact that my salary was not paid is completely unacceptable. As an employee, I worked diligently and fulfilled my responsibilities, expecting fair compensation for my efforts. However, the company consistently failed to pay me, despite numerous reminders and inquiries. This lack of financial responsibility and disregard for their employees' well-being is simply unacceptable.
Furthermore, upon further investigation, it became apparent that the company was engaging in fraudulent activities as investment brokers in Dubai. This revelation was not only shocking but deeply concerning. As a call center company, they should have operated with integrity and honesty, providing legitimate services to their clients. Instead, they deceived innocent individuals by making false promises and engaging in unethical practices, ultimately causing significant financial harm.
It is crucial to shed light on such fraudulent activities to protect potential victims from falling prey to their deceitful schemes. It is deeply disheartening to see a company that should have fostered trust and provided valuable services using its platform to exploit unsuspecting individuals.

When I asked for the agents name he refused to share and said they won’t share as customers would report them. When I insisted he hung up… I suggest everyone complain to DED just as I did.

Kept cold calling and everytime I told them I'm not interested, they asked for a reason.
I don't get what reason I have to give when saying that im not interested is the only reply I have.
Then they asked when will be interested and I said never.

Kindly stay away from these scammers. If u have invested your money get it back ASAP or it's gone for ever. Contact me for any help or more info about how they will structure the scam activity for looting your hard earned money.

Boss please stop calling me. Every week your guys keep calling me. They speak very fast and I could not understand what they are saying. When I ask them to repeat, they just hang up. I blocked every number you used to call me. Still every week you call me for what I don’t know.

Very good office. I met with managers and they were extremely respectful and helpful. The location is also really easy to access, it's a few minutes walk from the metro. All in all a good experience with them.
