Unfortunately I had to give 1 star to write this review.
One of the most unprofessional company I have ever dealth with.
In MISCOMMUNICATION they come on 1st Place.
In FALSE PROMISES they come on 1st place.
In RUDENESS they come on 1st place.
I would for sure never to my enemy recommend Bizgate to anyone.
Bizgate is a place where you will ruin your sweet night sleep & waste your entire day and weeks as well.
I took over a company in Dubai from a friend and I wanted to renew my license on monthly installments. I did ask them if they do it, to which Mr. Ammar Rizvi replied that they can do and one of his subordinates will contact me.
After which his subordinate Mr. Umer does contact me and tells me yes they charge 3000 AED extra and do it in 3 installments, I reply by saying ok give me 4 to 5 days let me speak to my partner and I will get back to you.
I got back to them on 20/12/2023 saying yes I would like to proceed and clearly mentioned that if the renewal does not happen on or before 22/12/2023 then I will be fined by DED, to which the subordinate replies no issues ma'am as soon as you pay your first installment we will renew the license, to which i reply by saying ok let me know when can we meet up to discuss and finalize, to which the subordinate Mr. Umer tells me that Boss (Mr. Ammar will be available on 21/12/2023 at 2pm since he has a real estate company of his own and he is busy until 2pm for a particular real estate event.
On 21st Mr. Ammar is not to be seen anywhere, he doesn't reply, no response at all, ENTIRE DAY GONE TO WASTE.
On 21st evening I get a call from Umer saying boss was busy and that he will call on 22nd
When I get a call at 3pm on 22nd from Mr. Ammar, he mentions by saying oh I consulted with my CA and sorry we can't do before January 15 and that he mentioned the same thing to his subordinate Umer.
He adds by saying maybe Umer was hesitating that why he did not tell you.
In the entire above scenario I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT HOW CAN U MAKE SOMEONE WAIT TILL THE LAST MOMENT.
I WILL CONCLUDE BY SAYING DO NOT GO TO BIZZGATE, ITS FALSE HOPES

Bizgate provided excellent service in obtaining our company registration at Freezone, they have quality n knowledgeable people for processing the documentation. They are in to the real estate, their advise is good n would like to visit their projects during my next visit again

Seamless in completing the process of starting a company in Dubai. The whole team is very experienced. They know what they are doing, which gave me confidence as their customer. However, it would have been better if you had given me assistance to open a bank account as well since it would complete the entire process. Nevertheless, totally satisfied with the services I got from the team.
