Black Diamond Computers were recommended by a friend. Had an issue with the loudspeakers on my MacBook Pro and initially spoke with Mr. Samad over the phone, who advised this is a very common issue for that year model. Took the laptop to their office the next day, Mr. Samad had sourced all the parts and replaced them in half an hour, replaced the battery as well on his recommendation, cleaned the inside and replaced the damaged rubber feet. Very happy with Mr. Samad's services and use his expertise and skills again when needed.

I have been dealing with Samad for many years. He has helped with phones, changing the batteries of my kids laptops as well as mine. Excellent service. I highly recommend his service not only for being reliable but also the trust which is a very important factor.
