My husband placed an order on Valentines Day to surprise me, he ordered it at 10AM and mentioned in the delivery note that it will be delivered between 11AM - 12noon, he called me at 4PM and asked if i received something but i did not, been trying to call them since then, instead of a sweet surprise, it became a nuisance, i even stayed back until 6PM to wait for the delivery BUT NOTHING CAME.my husband paid an amount of 700 for this.since then we have been trying to ask them for the refund but nobody's helping us out, the guy i talked to said to call again on Saturday as the manager is not around who can help me out. WHAT KIND OF EXCUSE IS THIS? IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL! PAYING SOMETHING AND NOT GETTING ANYTHING! THIS COMPANY IS SCAM. I WANT OUR 700DIRHAMS BACK!

This was the first time ordering from this florist and I was completely satisfied. I had requested the flowers be delivered between 5PM - 7PM and at 5: 20PM I received an email stating they were on their way and within minutes the flowers were delivered. The arrangement looks pretty close to the one in the photo and the flowers appear fresh. Great service.

They are very excellent when it comes to customer service! Very beautiful and unique bouquet designs. They followed customer wants. They are the one who wants to give the customer satisfaction to the fullest!

I have placed my order 5 days ago, and i couldn't reach them by phone so i emailed them to edit my order delivery date.
They delivered the wrong date.
A small bouquet when i asked for a basket!
And on top it stated free delivery on their website but they made the receiver pay money for it!
Shame on this kind of boutique and their lousy services. Totally disappointed.

DO NOT ORDER! Terrible customer service as of now, finally received a call, Groupon not applicable for Valentines Day which is not mentioned but somehow so, now they quickly changed the Groupon offer making mine void, extremely scummy and unprofessional.
