One of worst service I ever experienced. The flowers which were supposed to be at 1PM were delivered at 10: 30PM. No customer support. No one attended that call after 6PM. Every time a new mobile number will call and you need to repeat your whole story again. I will never deal with them again.

Too bad experience from staff side, very disappointed.
Give damage flowers was not fresh, after complained assured replacement.
Next day bring the damage flower for replacement, they said replacement only possible with same flower.same flower we don't need because the order already finish.
Company is reputed no have any complaints, doing business with them last many years. Staff behave like them giving flowers free.
Treat your staff well give them proper training and instructions, they showing their frustration to customer.

Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the flower quality and customer feedback.

We order pink peonies for 499 AED. Arrived in beautiful package and looked fresh. To our big surprise flowers died in 2 days. My wife was super sad and had to throw them to the garbage.
Texted on WhatsApp customer service regarding our situation. The reply was even more disappointing: “we offer you 25% discount on the next order”. Be careful with this flower delivery company.

I'm in London and wanted to make a surprise to my friend who's in Dubai. I bought flowers and a chocolate cake as surprise gift.
The website works reslly well and you get a confirmation email.
Even though the cake I ordered was not available, they Whatsapped me on the day with an alternative, with all the details and timings for the bakery and delivery.

Very disappointed with the service. While making my arrangement the florist was picking flowers from the unsold bouquets. All the flowers were dull and fully bloomed. Even after giving him my budget the receptionist charged me extra saying there are too many flowers and if you cannot pay I will remove the extra flowers not bothering on how the arrangement would look thereafter. Came around 2pm at noon - their delivery window on their website is from 10AM-10PM a very big window so I wasn’t sure when to expect her to get her flowers, would appreciate a more accurate delivery time.
