Beautiful flowers and I’ve seen them produce nice bouquets but when I went in for a special order for a corporate event, there was absolutely no attempt to offer any kind of service. “We don’t have this vase, we don’t have this flower, we don’t deliver on Mondays! ” No effort or attempt to cater to the client or even provide a potential alternative to what I needed. They must be doing well and not need any additional business.
