Amazing flower delivery service for my mother in law for her birthday. She just received the flower bouquet and she was so happy. Flowers were prepared perfectly, they were fresh and full, attractive price and thorough customer care. ️

I was scrambling last minute to arrange for Valentine's Day flowers and the Bloom Box website came across my screen. Their Valentine's Day Special offer was the best in the market but since I was trying to book just one day before, ofcourse the website showed they were fully booked. I got in touch with customer care to see if still had a chance. I am so so grateful to "Anu" for fitting one more order in and it was delivered today, right on Valentine's Day as promised. She not only coordinated with her ops team, but also kept me updated at all times which I thought was phenomenal. I don't think I've come across such a high quality, honest, prompt and value for money service in Dubai.
