Blossom Dry Cleaning

My husbands new polo T Shirt was damaged/bleached it was a 3 weeks old T Shirt that cost us 399 AED from Fred Perry I find it very strange that I was offered 200 AED as compensation,
Once again I must clarify it’s was only 3 weeks old. Which means that we are AED 199 out of pocket, needless to say we will not be returning back and will instead take our business to Primavara or Emco express laundry both of whom are in Golden mile.

I wish I could rate 0. Even 1 star is too much. Not responsible, not professional! Picked my clothes on 24 October and it’s Sunday 29th October and I haven’t received the clothes yet!
I’m deeply sad that I wasted my time with this unprofessional shop. Hopefully they won’t damage my clothes after reading this honest review.

Updated answer: according to our agreement, you were supposed to deliver on Thursday that you didn’t. Then you were supposed to deliver on Saturday and again you didn’t! Then I called you today and then you delivered! Instead of accepting your fault and trying to improve your services, you are making lamé excuses. It’s really sad

Very disappointed with Blossom Laundry. They’ve ruined two items of mine with bleach and were extremely hard to speak to regarding getting proper refunds. The dress was an expensive make and I had to constantly negotiate with them of getting my money back because the dress can no longer be worn. I’m not coming back to them again.

Very disappointed. I had my sheers clean them. They came back grey-ish not white. Cleaning was not proper, after I reported they offer to wash them again but I already pay to hang them. I wasn't satisfied with the service. I will not use them again for any service.

I use Blossom Laudry since I moved here (near Naheel Mall) They do a great job cleaning my husband’s suits which I have to bring every second day because he always pour something on himself. It’s always easy and fast. P.s Shoutout to Aneesh and Mariz, they are always super kind.

Very bad service… one of my shirts were sent damaged and ripped, and two of my items were missing! And they sent me a pair of socks that weren’t mine, I informed them twice about the missing items and they never got back to me! I don’t recommend at all

I have had a large amount of things dry cleaned with Blossom and I was so impressed with their work. They managed to remove tough stains out of a furniture item and also paint that was on a dress. I cannot recommend them enough! So responsive to my requests and excellent customer service!

Blossom dry cleaning is the best in its own! Really appreciated the assistance that I received from here. More than happy with the quality of tha wash and the turnaround time. Great service and fabulously convenient! Services in Blossom are always of high quality, clothes after them as new, no signs of old stains. Prices are also excellent. I recommend them very much:)

The worst laundry ever! They lost my items and offered much less as compensation. Looks like they stealing good items, selling them or using for they personal use. Not recommended at all!

Dry Blossom laundry has damaged my shirt. They apologized and paid compensation for the damaged item and did not charge for the laundry service. I highly recommend this, because although it was not even their fault, but a technical glitch, they accepted their mistake. Thank you so much I will never go anywhere else!

Top-notch establishment! I recently moved to Marina and decided to give Blossom a try. After contacting them over the phone, a guy soon picked up the clothes from my apartment. Before the delivery (2-day turnaround as mentioned by the guy during pick-up), I got a WhatsApp message stating that my clothes were ready for delivery as per my convenience. The delivery guy had a card reader for contactless payment and the price was also quite reasonable. I really can’t find a fault in their service. Highly recommended!

Not recommended for delicate /Silk clothes. They damage my silk blouse which was very expensive. Some one who named Preet has a really really unacceptable way to deal with customer. He didn’t want to check the issue and didn’t call me back and after calling many time he replied late night. My blouse is Valentino! Not recommended and lack of care.

The driver doesn’t carry Emirates ID.
They cannot pick up your laundry if you have a reception in your building.
They have been telling me the driver’s Emirates ID is in process for week.
What kind of a laundry service if their driver doesn’t even have an Emirates ID!

They guaranteed delivery on Sat.
Saturday night there is nothing delivered, so I called and he said by 8: 30 my clothes will be there.
No delivery all night.
It’s now Sunday morning and they are not answering any of my calls when they know my number.
Very unreliable

I have left shirts there a number of times and receiving them back without buttons. Last time they even recognized that button was missing and put a plastic holder to hind it.

I’m sure these guys are fine with everyday laundry but wouldn’t trust them again with anything expensive - they ruined my €2000 Zadig & Voltaire jacket even more - I got the jacket back with an additional dye stain on the lapel, which is even worse that the original stain that they failed to get out.

I live in elite residence using the services of blossom Dry cleaning the staff is helpful specially the person with spaces sitting in the counter always welcomed with nice smile and always provides prompt service I be live his name is rehman glad to have such professional staff

I would not recommend sending any high quality clothes for dry cleaning to Blossom. They put a nice hole in my Corneliani pants and then didn’t respond to my message with a photo to show what they had done. Pants ruined. Other garments also has occasional residue. For washing basic clothes- they are fine.

It’s very unfortunate that after 8 years of using this laundry’s services the quality and customer service have degraded in a very remarkable way
They moved to a small shop without parking area
Clothes are being thrown on the floor before sending them to a factory in industrial area
Staff are very rude
They stained a brand new designer pants I brought for pressing and charged me for it twice and still the stains didn’t go

Terrible service. Lost black day before black tie event. Staff was rude and unresponsive, and still tried charge me. Tried pretend I didn't give them the tie. Very, very bad service.

My favorite laundry in Dubai! Not only is the service perfect and clothes always turn out in perfect condition, but they also have the friendliest staff and are always on time.
One time, they even returned shirts I sent out for ironing on the same day because I told them my husband didn’t have any left for work the next day. (This is an example of what great customer service should be like) And their prices are great. Highly recommend them!

Most amazing laundry in Dubai. My clothes always return in perfect conditions and with a nice smell. I'm so glad about the excellent service and with all the Blossom crew, they are amazing. I won't change it for anything.

We have been using this laundry for the last 7 years and consider it the best in Dubai. We no longer live in Marina but still use their services although it requires quite a long drive. Staff are so polite and attentive - it's a pleasure to deal with them.
