Very beautiful and fresh flowers for reasonably price. We are fully satisfied and will come here again!

This business is not professional. Told me they had the wrong flowers before two hours of sending my order.

Lack of confirming orders and not informing the customer that issues might happen to the order considered unprofessional from a business, especially when there’s enough time to inform the customer that an issue whatever it is will delay the order.

Flower store orders are considered sensitive to time and delivery because those orders are made on special occasions and delivering it on time make it a perfect combo. For me I couldn’t wait after 3pm because the receiver had a flight at that time and couldn’t receive the order.

This company is doing the great job, the florist is very expert and does with the fresh quality blossoms.
I ordered in last minutes from Australia and they did it with lots of help. Extremely recommended

I was looking for a flowers for my friends' wedding on the 26th March and I send a kind whats app message request to sales people of the shop. I was simply told that they don't have time to serve me today as it was a busy Mothers' day occasion. I agreed and said "Yes, sure. " Instead of leaving the request the lady said "We don't discuss anything with customers who need flowers not today".
So, if I don't need it today, you do not discuss it with me, but if I need today, you are busy and cannot help?

The sales person on another end of the phone became absolutely unexpectedly rude and said: "what language do you not understand? Can't you wait? "

With all respect to the owner who I know since few years, such response is absolutely not acceptable. Have some dear respect to people on another line, even if you are "so busy".

I wish I could rate Blossom Tree Flower shop 10 out of 5. These guys are so professional and their flowers are absolutely beautiful. Really 10 out of 10. Will highly recommend them to any one and will most definitely use them again in the near future. Thanks so so much Blossom Tree Flower Team!

I ordered a customised bouquet, kept of msging the Sweet lady Irina bugging her again n again with what exactly I want. I wanted to order just flowers but needed up Chocolates n flowers n balloons and mainly with delivery. After a big search online for a reasonable and beautifully done flowers with a different touch.

Horrible service. I´m a regular customer since years. Whenever I had any celebration I use to come here and buy flowers but today I came, service was horrible, guy very rude with me, I had to guide him what to do because he didnt know and when I spoke with him he was even more rude. I´m very sorry because they always made beautiful bouquets here but they´ve lost a customer. I don´t recommend anyone to shop from here, there are other shops better than this one.

We used Blossom Tree flowers for our wedding and they were fabulous and in our budget. The center pieces were amazing, made to our colour theme and they made our special day perfect.
