An office tower in the business bay area of dubai. Easy to locate on marasi drive with parking available for visitors.

We had a very nice meal. The atmosphere was pleasant and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, the prices were reasonable, and the portions were generous. We'll be back!

For me i really like it because the staff is too Good and corporative I really like this and the other thing is Building is Good like new Very Awesome view for the Burj khalifa and the other Good building and canal also so that's why i really like

Nice location, RTA parking is there. Some floors have many small offices so expect rush in prime hours

The receptionist at 15th floor with very unfriendly attitude. I was on a phone call when I arrived the floor and she ask me to leave bcz I was on the phone call. Horrible property management.

But As A Common Guest In Blue Bay Tower For One Time I Will Tell: -
An Fine Place For Company Offices And Office Jobs.

Panoramic views of business bay! Well maintained premises with convinence of Zoom super market at ground floor. Parking for visitors inside building is free for upto 20mins, while per hour rate is AED5, which is well worthy specially in summers compared to outside RTA parking which is AED4 per hour with hard to find spots in working hours. Building Parking can only be paid at machine or front desk both present in the main lobby.

We have our offices in Blue Bay Tower Business Bay and sad to say the prices are VERY discriminatory. Mr. Safeer- Leasing Manager has given different pricing for employees in our organisation. We have entire office on the 12th Floor and the price for every employee is being negotiated and discriminated. The manager kept me on hold for 3 days while others got benefitted from low pricing of the parking. This is really unfair and outrageous!

RTA bus services are very poor not to business bay standard taxi routes are long from metro station totally WAISTE OF TIME

Recently Moved to the Bldg and is well maintained and will Recommend for office as its an apt location

للاسف انسرق من الغرفة تي شيرت جديد ووجدت بدلاً عنه غطاء مخدة ولم أجد تعاون من استقبال الفندق!

Overall Good building, Visitor parking not available, You have to find RTA parking so keep 10-15 mins prior margin in case of working works.

A good business hub, with beautiful and professional people, ready to attend and satisfied your needs.

Nice rooms but it is difficult to access the facilities as it is not obvious where they are initially. The staff can be difficult with tourists as they seem to be confused by the idea that someone wouldn't have a UAE ID.
