Really appreciate mohammad Lutfor of RIT - such a great guy and easy to approach. all cleaners is very responsible also. 5 star for Blue Diamond Service in our RIT UNIVERSITY

Need to highlight some unethical and unprofessional way the management treating the Blue Diamond staff.
They are not giving leave for cleaning staff.
There is no sick leave even you are really sick and even after producing sick leave certificate.
Working hours, they are not following the law.
Keeping passport with the company.
Please treat the staff good, you will get good output.
After seeing the review hope management will follow the rules. Other wise i will highlight these issues to ministry of Labour.

The cleaning service for home cleaning that I found from this company is excellent and I recommend for others

We took water tank cleaning service from Blue Daimond. The work they done is very good and they have done the work ontime. It was well cleaned.

Worse company. They come in very very late every single time. They leave unfinished jobs. They barely answer phone calls. No updates, nothing. They don’t have good communication within their team, they don’t pass to each other what is there to be fixed. Took them more than a week to come and do the job. Took another few days to finish it. Seriously it was a nightmare!
