Excellent service. The best of the best. Everyone from the secretaries that you speak with to get an appointment to the team of doctors that visit you, are all wonderful people and very professional. I felt at ease dealing with each of them. I would like to thank Dr Rehab and Dr Islam, Mae and Monica for their kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Blue Med as I believe they're the best out there.

I called blue Med and they arrived very quickly, Saira and Mustafa are very attentive and pleasant, I immediately felt better! I was at home for 4 days in a terrible state. They put a drip on and I 'm already getting up doing chores around the house! I recommend them to everyone!

Phenomenal service! We had a vertigo emergency and within an hour of calling and coordinating with the center over the phone they arrived.

I have just add a total full knee replacement in the UK and came to Dubai for my first trip post op. I decided to Google for physio that could be done at home and came across so many. BlueMedUAE stuck out for the price they were offering and their reviews. I am so pleased I chose them as I feel I struck gold with Dr Karishma. She is an amazing professional, caring, attentive and very informative. I knew I was in good hands as she gave me immediate relief with just one session on my hip and lower back too. I have had 5 sessions so far and I am walking a 100pc better than when she first saw me. BlueMed are very professional all round, their communication and assuredness are second to none, I would thoroughly recommend them.

Karishma, their in-house physiotherapist, is probably one of the best physios in Dubai. I took her sessions for my sciatica pain and for a long term problem in lower back, she managed to fix both in just 10 sessions. She has a very unique approach to physiotherapy, which is neither like a chiropractic nor like a traditional physio but somewhere in between. She is very hands-on, and takes the help of 'machines' only when necessary.

I would highly recommend Karishma to anyone who needs to go through physiotherapy, especially for spine related problems, and experience her unique method of treatment.

Dr Saira & her team consisting of Bhagwan and Farha were efficient and professional. They really saved my vacation from ending badly. The team came out and diagnosed me, provided IV Drips and organised some prescription meds. I immediately felt better. Thank you for providing such excellent service.

It's not true he takes money and do nothing or solution or nothing at all pay attention before giving him money he moves he tells you a lot of things nothing he asks a lot of money he does not give you medicine

Review edit: horrible admin service, they have been bothering me with whatsapp messages, even though ive been asking since december (3months) to remove my contact. They always say they will remove but they dont, and they keep on sending me the promotions that i dont care about!

I used their doctor once, because it was a time when i didnt have insurance.

Just had an appointment with Dr Saira Hyder Dars and Mustafa. The check up was thorough and now have to wait for blood test results. Although later after i got the results there wasnt much explaining. The doctor was trying to upsell some tests (even though i had those tests done elsewhere, i understand thats part of the job, but still it wasnt nice)

Great efficient service. They came to my hotel same day for a check up and to prescribe some medication. Highly recommend
