Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic D2 Branch

Every time there is an emergency. They are shut! The community has asked multiple times for them to stay open later. Most people don’t get home from work by the time they shut. Ridiculous.

I would like to extend my gratitude to Dr. Nour, Dr. Rachelle and the Philippino nurse that I unfortunately don't recall his name. I am sincerely sorry for that.
I went to the clinic as a walk-in as my cat showed extreme signs of anxiety, anger and aggressiveness out of the sudden.
Dr. Nour inspected him thoroughly and advised to run some blood tests and my cat gave them a very hard time for that.
At this point I was in a complete state of hysteria, had an anxiety attack and I broke down in tears. I would like to thank the three of them for handling the situation the best they could and understanding my situation as a pet owner. They have even given us some space and water to calm down.

As I would like to do further tests such as MRI and abdominal ultrasound, I had to look for other alternatives as the prices were very high compared to other clinics in Dubai.
But regardless of that, I highly recommend them and their clinic for any type of consultation and emergency walk-in for showing such level of professionalism and compassion.

I wish i could give zero star. In order to make customers to pay more they give not needed vaccines. Avoid this place, drive a little more and go to a better professional, your pet will be in better hands and your pocket will not be ripped.

We want to thank Dr. Carmen. She treated and took care of our cat for the whole week. She is very professional, animal loving person.

I went there at 9AM without an appointment as a walk in because I suspected my dog might have the flu or kennel cough. The clinic was empty and didn’t have patients. They refused to admit my dog in or even examine him because of incoming patients.
Won’t be coming here again.

You said the vet assessed my dog. This was not done. The vet didn’t even come close to my dog. So not sure about what kind of assessment you mean was done.
As for my previous visits, I have always called in advance and come in.

Timely and very efficient.
Very competitive pricing compared to other vets and extremely convenient for D2 residents.

This clinic is really amazing and awesome the staff there and the doctors are really friendly and they know what they are doing they treated our cat and still the treatment on going I would like yo thank Dr.milana so much she is a caring person and love animals and really updates us daily about our cat I advice anyone to go there if ur animal not feeling good this the clinic u can depend on thank you so much blue oasis vet D2 brunch

I would like to highly recommend Blue Oasis Veterinary clinic. Very professional approach to treating animals.
We went to Blue Oasis Vet clinic in DH2 with our dog Lola, who needed to be sterilized.
We had a small mishap with the booking, which was quickly sorted with help of super professional staff and very accommodating owner, Dr. Wolf.

When we reached the clinic with Lola, she was thoroughly checked and taken care of.
Procedure went amazing and Lola was home the same afternoon.

We found doctors in the clinic not only very friendly but also knowledgeable and responsible. They explained everything in details so we wouldn’t need to worry.

We have been living in the UAE since a very long time and Lola is our 4th animal. In all the years we visited many vet clinics and we can say that Blue Oasis is definitely our favourite.

Don't expect to be attended on an emergency. Apparently the so called Dr. Is very busy with meetings or so. What a disgraceful place.

5 Stars from me, not only was the Vet really professional, friendly and caring, but they didn’t slap me with a huge bill at the end! No unnecessary shots or tests! Thank you for taking good care of my Lulu

The vets have rude attitude.
I went there when my dog got on a fight and I was worried sick, the vet response was your dog is not dying wait until a series of appointments are over.

I know my dog is not dying but as a worried owner I was shocked of how rude the vet was.

I of course left and went to another close by vet who were extremely understanding to how worried I was and they provided my dog and I with medical and emotional support

We had a rescued dog named Buzi who had kidney issues and was severely anemic, Doctors else where had given up on her case but at Blue Oasis Clinic the Vets and their teams never gave up on her and provided the best treatment they could. I would like to sincerely thanks the blue Oasis team and especially (Doctor Milana and Doctor Yan) for taking this case with utmost importance and providing her with best treatment so that she could be amongst us for a longer time.

Just moved in Akoya and I had an emergency with one of my cats, so I tried this clinic for the first time. They are very professional and they explain everything about the treatment options and costs, they even asked me to send pictures of my cat to see the progress. Highly recommend

Took care of my little dog in no time. Well experienced Doctors. My dog had chocolates while we were asleep and the Dr knew exactly how to deal with this situation professionally. The customer service team also reached out multiple times after the consultation to check on Luka my little dog. Once again, thanks for saving his life.

Amazing clinic and amazing staff, Mrs Jenny helped me with my rescued cat and was so kind, i did a neuter to him there, everything was smooth and fast also my cat was in good connections since first day after the operation, highly recommended

We have rescued a sweet little puppy in the community, and when vaccinations were due Dr Jan and his team took the best care of Muffin, our fur baby.
They made sure he was fine all time long, accurately checked him up as well, he even got all the cuddles!

Price- wise despite being in a villa community its really affordable and super convenient.

As a pet owner, I am very happy that we are finally have a vet clinic in the community. And the vet that supports rescues and TNR is even better news!
I went to Blue Oasis D2 branch with a rescued cat to get it neutered, and received very good support from the staff of the clinic. I would highly recommend to use the clinic to all D2 pet owners.
