This is the clinic I can trust.

They have all the equipment needed for regular checkups and for surgeries, a hospital, where pets can stay supervised, and amazing crew who know their job.

The first time I visited them was an emergency for my cat a year ago, after that he was hospitalized for a week. The doctor and the team were very supportive, friendly, and let me visit my cat everyday to comfort him. Now he’s healthy and happy, and we keep visiting the clinic for checkups.

When I had a concern about my another cat, I had no doubts which clinic to go to. After all necessary tests, Dr. Lazar did a dental procedure for her, and she is recovering now.

I want to say thanks to all the team for a positive approach and professionalism.

Very happy with my appointment with Dr. Dieter: he really took time to examine the cat and discuss everything with me and all my concerns. About 1 of vaccinations I had been told to do at another clinic, he advised that it wasn’t required since my cat was indoor. Also I did like a lot that they cleaned table with disinfectant, which wasn’t the case in another vet clinic I visited. Also they were very nice with my cat

Doctor Gilbert is an amazing human being. I have adopted a sick cat from the street and he did everything needed and advised me accordingly. Not because of his job but because you can see that he cares and his heart is in it. Will be coming back for sure

Well this is absolutely surprising to me that these guys did for my fur baby!

My dog had been attacked by the cats (funny enough) and i reached out to my regular pet who said they would charge me 1200 AED just for consultation in emergency.

So I directly walked in with Blue oasis and they examined “pluto” there were only scratches that he had. Fortunately he was fine.

The unexpected part is that they never charged me anything! Not even for my consultation. I asked them multiple times and they declined to charge anything.

I mean i would not say go to this place for free checkups but where there are associations looking out to make money, there are still such vets around who take care of our fur babies rather than just making money.

Now Leo is doing better and well and started walking. I would highly recommend this vet!

My dog had a fight with another dog and was bleeding. It was a Friday evening 7pm, I approached one vet clinic and called a few others within the JVC/Motorcity vicinity and was told “Oh we are closing/need to take an appointment (for an emergency! ‍️/we have other emergency animals) all this was while I was driving my dog all over while he was bleeding. I then called Blue oasis and they were very helpful over the phone, asked me to come over right away and also sent me the WhatsApp pin location so I didn’t waste time searching for it. On arrival I registered quickly while Dr. Eduard Masimov attended to my doggo. He gave my pup stitches and then came and explained his condition to me and what medication he was prescribing and the dosages. Prices were reasonable as well. What an awesome Vetrinary clinic and an amazing team of staff who work there, compared to other vets who are busy planning their weekend and sticking to closing times over prioritizing a bleeding animal. Definitely recommend this clinic for your pet family.

I highly do not recommend taking your pet here. My friend brought her cat here with a minor issue and the cat got worse under their care and they kept giving long winded useless answers prolonging her pets stay with no results. She told them not to feed him tuna and they did. He kept getting worse and worse and died under their care. I would never trust my pet there.

My little fur ball Loki had a slipped disk and both knee caps out. Sara (physiotherapy), Dr. Mariana, Dr Lazar and Dr. Joao have been nothing amazing helping him through recovery. The reception team is also very kind. Loki still has a long way to recovery but he is getting there all thanks to the Blue Oasis Veterinary team.

Would definitely recommend taking your pets here. The vets and staff are very friendly and helpful. They really care about the wellbeing of your pets and do everything they can. Very professional.

The Sweetest mistake:
Yesterday at evening I have to bring my two dogs for Registration Municipality here in Dubai, and for any weird reason, we went to Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic in Dubai Investment Park. Supposedly, we should have been attended in another clinic, and during some minutes of confussion and angry due to the wrong information gave us for a third party, Ms ELAINE in the frontdesk and Mr JOSEPH RAY, driver, assisted us and provide us all the information needed to fix the confussion and to obtain our requirement from the authorities. Elaine and JR were so kind and supportive that they deserve all of our recognition.

Update: it’s been 4 years since I made this review and I still go here for my bunny. I trust Dr Sigrun 100% and I can blindly tell you that they truly know what is best for your pet/ rabbit. If you have a rabbit and are not sure of which vet to go to, please go here. I will always recommend this place in terms of treatment, staff, and overall care they give the pets

The staff over here were so nice and friendly. They spayed my female rabbit safely and even gave a follow up call the next day to make sure she was doing all right. They made sure my pet was comfortable. The nurse handled her so well, that when he carried her she did not try to kick even once. As soon as the surgery was over they called us to give us an update on her status. They even gave a certificate for her bravery which was adorable. I absolutely loved this clinic and will not hesitate to bring in my rabbit again if need be. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

First we went for an emergency and the male doctor just gave an ointment without tests. Which by the way, didn’t cure the cat. Second, we asked for relocation and the receptionist said to make an appointment with the doctor and gave us a business card. Hello? We are already here right in front of you. Very very not accommodating and incompetent personnel. We would never go back. We have been to a few different clinics in Dubai and all were really polite and accommodating. But with this one, just because we moved to their area, we had no choice but to bring our cat there. WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE.

Been taking my cats to Dr Dieter since 2005 and followed him to his own clinic. All these years, I called Blue Oasis my delicated vet for my cats family. Came across different vets when Dr Dieter wasnt available and I am very glad to meet Dr Milana recently, she shows true professionalism & care for our furry kid. She is a gems you got in your clinic. I look my GSD in out of the fear of kennel cough - they didn’t have any patients at that time - yes maybe they were waiting for a future patient. The vet at that time popped her head out and said sorry I can’t look at your dog. They obviously don’t seem to care about patients. Shocking experience with vets here since I was born and raised here.
The vet and receptionist’s behavior was very entitled. They didn’t even come and look at my dog - seems like they will attend to your animals when it seems to be dying. Terrible service.

Just focused on the MONEY.
At least have the decency of waving the customers consultation bill if all you are going to tell them is that whatever your pet has it needs to be seen by a specialist.which is fine but don’t charge me the consultation just to tell me that and then expect me to come back next week to pay for another consultation to see a specialist! Oh and the best part is that the management gets highly offended when you complain and have 0 customer service skills, they are defensive and basically say they did everything right as per the protocol and you have no right to complain.
Money focused money making business! After them I took my pet to another vet and explained the situation and had the complete opposite experience. They looked at my pet and said they wouldn’t charge for the consultation since they had to call in a specialist and this is not their scope of work. I am a resident of green community so definitely won’t be recommending Blue Oasis or going there every again!

Guys who wrote positive feedback about treating your pets in this vet, I tried it twice! Two different doctors! Everytime I visited the bills are not less than 2,500 aed. Which I ended up paying 6k in total for the same sickness coming back to them after a month with severe complications. They had no clue what is thediagnose of my puppy causing vomiting, they did all the tests possible charging for a blood test 1,500 aed, this is a joke. They administrated for my dog wrong medicines. Those who are not experienced and never had a pet before don't go to this clinic they will take advantage of you.

Well where to begin, my Chihuahua just wasn’t acting herself so I called the Emergency line, where the vet on call suggested I use the Home service this articulate clinic provides, I booked this the following morning at reception (very polite and helpful) within hours Dr Milana and her assistant where at my place and they instantly put me at ease, a brief consultation on the phone before her arrival Dr Milana had brought all the medication she thought she may need, Lily (the afore mentioned chihuahua) was looked after incredibly professionally, Dr Milana and her assistant were professional, polite and engaging. The whole process was seamless and I was able to relax as soon as they arrived, I will wholeheartedly recommend Blue Oasis Veterinary clinic 11/10

We have been with Blue Oasis doctor dieter and team and Dr Milana, Ramona and most of them for the last 10 years.we had our first Canadian baby chica looked after by them and now we have Mia and Milo under their care. They have been very supportive and always on the ball and really taken care of our babies. The costs or anything else does not matter as long as our babies are so specially looked after by them. I have total respect and appreciation for this clinic. Thank you for being there for us

After many bad experiences from other veterinary clinics. We came to know about this vet through a rescue in Dubai. And how the rabbit recovered from mites. After contacting we made an appointment. She's had scabies for a long time now and we have tried everything from our side like giving her injections. It will get better but the result was temporary. When we went to this clinic. The vet examined and even gave us a rabbit food guide. Even though the total was quite expensive. It's worth it. Within days she got so much better and is also very active and happy. I definitely recommend this clinic.

Very bad experience with this clinic, after finding another clinic I’ve come to realize how commercial this veterinary is. Extremely overpriced and don’t give you the time that you need. You pay over thousands of dirhams in additional fees for tests etc but they don’t feel the need to give even a dirham discount. If you care about your pet, I really don’t recommend this clinic.

The other vet i found are extremely friendly, create a relationship with your pet and are reasonably priced! They do not have a hidden agenda of making money but just satisfying you and your pet️

If you are going to this clinic you are probably:

1. RICH. Because at least you are going to pay 2000 AED for a small test or checkup.

2. STUPID. As the doctors are just some normal doctors and they are not expert to help you with your vet's problem and you are paying them 2000 AED or more.

3. NAIVE. Because you may probably believe everything they say its true! They talk super fast and they don't
allow you to speak.

4. NOT REPONSIBLE. As they are other clinics with better Doctors and better price.

Story: We took our dog for checkup and he had some issues inside his belly. After spending fortunes, Doctors Dialog: It could be this, it could be that and we need to do more tests. They make a laboratory rat out of your pet to find the problem because 1. They are not expert 2. Clinic needs money.
Still our dog doesn't feel good.

ADVICE TO THIS GENIUSES: INTEAD OF SAYING MAYBE THE PROBLEM IS THIS OR THAT, BE A MAN AND SAY '' I DONT KNOW''

Very disappointed with the atmosphere recently noticed in the clinic. The management of the clinic became worse, the receptionists are not well organized and focused. A lot of people are in the reception and need to wait for the appointments longer time. You have a feeling that the poor doctors are under stress and just don't have time to concentrate on the patient as there is a big queue waiting. When you bring your sick pet, you are expecting full attention, especially if the pet needs to stay in the clinic. Don't think can recommend this clinic.

No star. Had the worst experience ever. They almost killed our cat. Even told us to give up on its life. Our cat has been completely healthy and fine after we decided to take back. They didn’t even find the infection which is the most obvious result from the blood test. They never even tried to remember our cat name never once, and we spent thousands of dollar there for nothing. Glad we took the decision to take back and got the life back to our cat.

They are very commercial and extremely pricy, rude receptionist (maybe unhappy employees) and I strongly advise to look for an alternative veterinary!

Been to this clinic few times and so far one of the best one. My Miley and Thor totally recovered because of their best care. Their doctor are the best and very caring. Highly recommended

My wife took our pug for an MRI scan - he died during anesthesia they said his heart stopped and he is sick but our dog had only back pain it was showing in his medical report he did blood test x-ray and ultrasound we took him just for final diagnosis! We are very angry we don't recommend.think twice before doing such a mistake.

As first time pet owners, we had the opportunity to rescue an abandoned cat in June this year.
'Cheeku' was injured and we zeroed in on Blue Oasis for her operation (s) to nurse her back to health.
Based on our experience during our 4 visits over the last 3 months, we are happy to share that we have received professional and warm care for Cheeku - ranging from the operation, post operative stay, vaccinations, accessibility, ease of booking appointments, great practical advice and a fantastic claws - trimming session!

Taking your pet here is a stellar experience. They TRULY care about your pet, and about yourself as a pet owner. We had a scary experience recently with one of our furry family members being hospitalized for almost 2 full weeks. Not only will the team provide your pet with the best imaginable care, they are superior than any other veterinary clinic I have ever been to world wide with regards to communication. The front desk staff are always ready to help, the vets take time out of their busy schedules to update twice a day, etc.etc. I have nothing but positives to say about our experience here. A special shout out to Dr Magda, Dr Aksana and everyone at the front desk. Whether I have come in with a stray or with my own beloved pet cats you have always been there to help. My dog Frodo has been going to Blue Oasis for 9 years since he was a puppy. Amazing services and very good vets. This clinic is the most reliable place for animals. I recommend it over any other place in Dubai.

I used to driving from Downtown to this place for my Cat, coz was thinking this is the right place,

lately he was suffering from fungal.we took him first time, the veterinarian forced us to shave all his buddy and gave us tiny / expensive cream to apply on his body for a week, the cream finished in second day! And it had no effect and we paid about 1,400 or 1,800 AED.after finishing his treatment we took him there and another veterinarian CONFIRMED he is ok.he made an injection TO MAKE SURE IT WILL NOT GONNA BE BACK and result was another +1000 AED bill!

after less than a week all of fungal signs back,
we had to take him to another place to start a better treatment for a better service and price.i am no longer gonna take my cat there.

I brought my dog in as an emergency and I was impressed how they managed to helped us right away. Doctors are very professional and knowledgable. The ladies at the frontdesk are very helpful and friendly.

I found this amazing vet clinic from one of cat facebook groups. Dr. Mariana was the doctor assigned to my cat Lily and she was really compassionate towards Lily and handled her with love. Dr did her best to make my baby feel better. The receptionists and nurse Rey were very accommodating and always happy to assist us whenever we have difficult questions and requests. This clinic particularly knows what they are doing and providing the best service they could offer. We will be forever thankful!

Very grateful to the entire team working at the clinic, my cat was hospitalized there and they went out of their way to ensure that he gets the best treatment while keeping me constantly updated. They are truly amazing, professional, caring, compassionate and their love of animals really shows. My shy boy, Le Chat, made a new friend, Dr Milana so a big thank you goes to her for making him feel comfortable. I have recently relocated 2 dogs from Dubai to the UK (via France). Jenny from BOVC was instrumental in making this a smooth process. She responded very quickly to any inquiries, and answered millions of questions from me during the process. Getting the paperwork done through BOVC made it to where I did not have to take a day off to figure out what to do for getting EU Health Certificates and Ministry attestations, etc. The guys who picked up my dogs for the pet taxi on the day of travel were also great, they had an issue with the big van but immediately had a back up plan and everything still ran on time. They kept the dogs comfortable and secure and walked me through the whole process. The dogs are now settled comfortably in our new home and are happy to be with their daddy again! Much thanks and love to BOVC for everything! Also - they were more reasonably priced than other pet relocation companies which was a plus!

I have been taking my two cats to BOVC for almost 6 years and recommended them to tens of people over the years. I wouldn't trust any other clinic with my beloved cats now. Over the years I sometimes have tried other clinics due to proximity and believe me when I say I had visits made of nightmare stuff, paid around thousand for a simple chin acne in one clinic; in another clinic I have been told if my 5 year old cat lives another 5 years it's well enough when she only had allergies; been almost convinced into paying 1800 aed per month for allergy medication in another, all well known clinics. In BOVC I have never been pressured to buy unnecessary treatment, medication or service. My cats are always given a through and unstressful consultation with pinpoint diagnoses by compassionate and professional doctors. They have very reasonable rates. The ladies working in the reception area are extremely kind and helpful. Long story short, all our routine visits have always been a breeze.

This year in May my 6 year old cat Womby had been diagnosed with chronic kidney failure. Getting this terrible news was extremely hard as a pet owner and I am grateful how Dr. Magdalena navigated me through this excruciating period. She was a great support and she explained everything and helped me a great deal with Womby's care at home. When I had to travel, BOVC was kind enough to arrange their amazing veterinary technician Rey to do Womby's fluid therapy at home even though it would be more profitable for them to admit Womby, they didn't want to stress her any further and this was so refreshing and kind. I appreciate how Dr. Wolf and his amazing team of doctors prioritize patient care and owner happiness above all, their care has been invaluable.

I would recommend BOVC to anyone, this is the place where they genuinely care about your pets and respect you and your needs.

There are 3 veterinary clinics within 5-10 minutes of my house. I have tried all of them and none have been satisfying. Though, for the past 4 years, I chose to take the extra miles/time and drive for 20-30 minutes to see the BOVC’s doctors. Friendly staff, attentive and highly professional doctors who have never disappointed me with their work. Highly recommended.

Blue Oasis is one of the worst clinics ever all they care about is taking money by giving lots of medicines and injections. Dr. M is the most inexperienced one of them! She claims to be a skin specialist and she is NOT.she got my dog allergy much worst than before we went to her 3 times and his condition worsened - because of too much antibiotics & steroids his immunity got very low and she gave him double dosage of antibiotic - we discovered all this after going to a real Dermatologist doctor who told us this

Been dealing with then since 2015. Great doctors, always managed to give good advice and timely responses. In general a bit pricey but they still manage to provide good service and value for money.
Frontline staff are great to deal with in person but they are unprofessional over the phone as they miss delivery schedules (common in UAE).

Great service. We got referred to this clinic in June when our fur baby Bella started throwing up. Since they are located far we had our second thoughts but eventually landed here. That’s the best decision we made. Recently without any second thoughts we also took Bella for spaying. We had been too nervous from the day before and while we dropped her off. They checked her teeth during the spaying procedure and called us recommending to get it cleaned and remove what’s necessary. We just asked them to do what’s best for Bella and I can assure they really did what’s best. Bella just finished her recovery period and is doing great. Thank you. My only issue is the distance from where we live but I guess we can cover that to get what’s best.

Big Thanks to all staff from Blue Oasis Veterinary Clinic for being so gentle and carrying today to my 10months old Pomeranian Bubica. He was neutered and had tooth extraction.

I would like to recommend this clinic to everyone who wants to make sure that their pet is safe on the first place. Doctors are educated and dedicated.

By far THE best and most trusted vet clinic in Dubai - they are not only highly knowledgeable and professional - they actually very genuinely care about the animals - and have been invaluable with pet relocation support - took care of everything!

We've been going to Blue Oasis since we started having our first kitty -and now with 3 cats - we never go anywhere else! You can see from this clinic that they love animals and the vets and staff all work as a team. They are all friendly and supportive. THE best vets in Dubai. I've been taking my pooches to Blue Oasis for 10 years now - it might be a bit hidden away in the Green Community, however please don't let that put you off as it is well worth the trip. To be honest it only takes 15-20 mins from The Greens, which is no time at all when you consider the care and attention you get. These guys genuinely care and will always spend time with you and your pet, making sure you're comfortable and understand exactly what's going on. All the vets are wonderful, but Dr. Dieter and Dr. Edmondo in particular are fabulous. My pooches actually look forward to a visit to the vets, which in my humble opinion says it all.

Our pets have been with Dr. Dieter and his team since Day 1! The doctors and staff have always shown our pets the same love we do, through the happy and sad times. They have been professional, polite and it feels like one big family. I believe that their rates are reasonable compared to others of the same quality of service. We have had only one questionable experience when our Golden Retriever was neutered without the advising doctor informing us that it was still possible for him to impregnate our female dog in heat for up to 6 weeks! It was the surgeon (Dr. Sigrun) who told us this later (post-surgery). This caused us added worry. We suggest that they improve pre-procedure communication and information. But, all in all, we highly recommend Blue Oasis to all animal and pet lovers! We wish them continued success!

The clinic is clean but very expensive! The staff is polite. But exactly the most important ‘the vets’ are not easy to deal with. I have been waiting for days to get a call back and for days to have a medication question answered: (. The vets do not bother unless you Pay for the consultation! Even if you saw them today and you have an inquiry tomorrow - they will not care to come back to you. Imagine you pet baby suffering and not getting a Med related inquiry answered. They are also very very slow! One vet will stay 1 h with a patient and then they have in hospital visits.brake. I have had to call and email more then 10 times and then wait for a week to get a fill up prescription (if you are lucky to actually get it). Just to have My lab tests sent to the lab they took 2 days which is from the start a compromised sample. Not good.

Our cat Oreo was really sick. I would like to thank Dr. Magdalene for saving his life and turning him around. Also our heart felt thanks to Dr. Oksana for feeling our pain and her concern. In all a big thanks to Blue Oasis. I would highly recommend this place to all pet owners.
