Bluemart Hypermarket

I went to this place to process some documents (on behalf of my brother) for an apartment in Al Khail Gate as the office is located in this building. It's very accessible through bus and taxi from Al Safa/ONPASSIVE metro station, just a few minutes away. The building has some fast food, pharmacy and other shops where we can find things we need for the house.

For Indian especially for Kerala people it's good to purchase from there.because of 70%of staff are malayalis then Indian product available there like wise.

There are offers also. In every week.
Good to purchase from there.

Bluemart Hypermarket is my favorite in Al Khali Gate, their items are fresh, great customer service.

It's ok cause sorry to say that but the employees are missing the passion of customer service whenever I pass there no smiley faces always
Maybe also they should put some chill music at back for giving a better shopping experience.

Hypermarket with all the needs you needed including frozen stuffs, all types of nuts, seeds, pastries, cakes, and Birthday orders done here.
On the side path of market besides the cash counter there is a Mobile shops, Perfumes and Used sales of Laptops of different Brand.
Market has two entrance, can be entered from inside the mall and from the road path as well, from the market you may get some products cheap when they have promotions.

I had a bad experience from this exact shop they sell low quality perfumes all branded perfumes they are selling is either duplicate or low quality and the biscuts like oreo so may things are low quality if u dont belive experience it urself and the attitude of the people who are working unbelivable not a good place

An awesome neighbourhood hypermarket. Groceries, kitchen utensils, and all other household needs including wares. I like the spinach here and US styled Thailand rice.

Worst shopping experience I have ever had in all my life not only in Dubai, I bought a product and it was clear that it is not functioning as it should be and when I went back to return or replace within 2 hours of buying they kept me on hold for almost one hour and then said "sorry no return or replacement" so much conning and disrespectful place.
أسوأ تجربة تسوق اعيشها بعمري كله مو بس بدبي. شريت من عندهم jucer لعمل عصير ومفروض انه يشتغل مع جميع انواع الفاكهة وبس جربته اتضح انه ما ياخد غير نصف الكمية فقط راجعت المتجر خلال ساعتين لتبديله بمنتج آخر او ارجاعه، قام الموظف بتركي في الانتظار لاكثر من نصف ساعة وبعدين جا يقول ما نرجع ولا نبدل حاولت افهمه ما رح استخدمه ولا هو هنا وقمة قلة الذوق وعدم الاحترام، تركت المنتج ومشيت ولا حتى حاولوا يتفاهموا او يوصلون لحل وسط ، قمة عدم المصداقية وعدم الاحترام

Best option for the shopping for alkhail gate tenants. All the grocery items available. But no free parking. Avarage customer service. The market is placed inside the al khail gate community center.

Simple, small in size. But the shopping gets done faster unlike other hypermarkets, where we walk long trails

I am a daily customer of your outlet in Al khail gate. I had a realy bad experience with your security. I suggest you to train them. Atleast they should know how to behave with customers. Otherwise it will affect your sale. Please choose one who have a minimum sense to do his duty as security.

In the morning the fish section staff not cleaning fish.specially small fish.

Very bad customer service In charge for the day IQABAL needs training for customer service to train his staff. Cashier's behavior is very bad.very bad Manager.

Its a very nice hypermarket.u will always find some good offers. 24 hours open. 2 hour parking is free.

Found a pack of bread with bites by rat. Very minimal selections and choices compate to other branches

A very good hypermarket with very helpful staff and with all available items. The offers there are usually very good and the fresh food section has some great items for you to try.

Convenient enough, you can find your basic needs, open till two AM. But prices are little higher than other supermarkets,
you may find some food items aren't in a good quality.

They have a variety of affordable goods and a selections of fresh meat and seafoods.they bake also some cakes and pasrty

You have enough goods to shop. Not a massive experience. They do not have that much of range to select from specially the electric items. You have all your day today groceries there to shop. But you would not find any garments there though it is said a hyper market.

Weekend sales are worthy for selected items.
But u can't afford for the daily purchase.
All Staffs are very good behaviour.

One of the nearest convenient hypermarket in my place at Al Khail Gate Community.  Gelatino ice cream kiosk is my baby's favorite to visit in Bluemart.

Very bad experience.i purchase a toy for my kid.it was defective piece.staffs are unprofessional.don't believe on offers which is giving by bluemart al khail gate

We always go here to buy small-small things or if we have less quantity we go there. But good thing is everything is there what we need.
