Worst service I didn’t like it the pedicure water was cold and she put my leg in uncomfortable position they where doing my manicure without putting my nails in water and she cut my skin I asked her for bandage she said we don’t have

The way they storage the clothes is really bad and the lady got tired after few customers

during Al-Eid + the lady who did my henna

+1 star for still using Esaad card while other salons suddenly stopped using them during Al-Eid

But, they have many ladies that work in the Henna section and only 2 or 3 of them knows what to do

I would suggest the owner to keep the good ones only because I heard many complaints which will affect the reputation of the Salon

أسوء صالون دخلته في حياتي و للاسف رحتله لانه الصالون الوحيد القريب علي حجزت الموعد قبل كم يوم الساعه ٨: ٣٠ دخلت حصلت سلام تسوي شعر فاشونيستا مش معروفه (م) و ما عرفتها الا بعد ما طلعت لان اسلوبها سئ جدا و خذت من وقت موعدي اول طلبت فير للشعر الهير ستايلست قالتلي دقايق اخلصها و ببدا معاج طبعا بعد ما خلصت و بدت في شعري وقفت حضرتها و قالت لا مووو عاجبني سويلي سشوار و لان مافي هير ستايلست غيرها اعتذرت و راحت تسويلها
بعدين رجعتلي اخرتني ٤٠ دقيقه!
وبعدين و بدون احترام اني انا عندي موعد و قاعده تاخذ من وقتي قالت لا مووو عاجبني غسلي شعري و ارجعو سوولي فير!
طبعا الهير ستايلست ما تقدر تقول شي لاني حسب ما فهمت انها ما بتدفع شي لان صاحبة الصالون عزمتها
مافي اي احترام للمتعاملين الصدقين اللي يدفعون فلوس
و مش اول مره رحت قبل بعد و كنت أسوي شعري دخلت فاشونيستا ثانيه غير و قالت تبا علاج للشعر و سبحان الله بس تبا اللي تسوي شعري يت اللي فالريسيبشن تقولي لو سمحتي حد ثاني بيكمل الشعر لان هذي مشهوووره ما تعرفينها هذي ل. ش
لاني ادفع بفلوسي في هالصالون صارو يعاقبونا و يخلونا ننتظر الناس اللي يخلصون امورهم مجانا للدعايا

Worst salon in Dubai
Don’t go there unless u get the service for free like fashionistas who get amazing service for free or discount and without any respect for paying real customers

I went for a pedicure and the soaking tub water was so cold so I told the lady I prefer to have warm water, she boiled water in the kettle and when she poured the water into the tub cockroaches and tiny insects fell out of the kettle into the tub! She said she’ll wash it but when she came back more insects fell out of the kettle and she says oh they must have been stuck on the lid. This was the grossest experience I’ve had in a salon, never coming back.

I have never received such an awful salon service in my life. From start to finish it was filled with disappointment. First the hairdresser arrived an hour late to my house. I chose a home service even though my house is literally two minutes away from the location. My house is a walk away. I’m pregnant and can’t mingle around a crowd. Anyway, the hairdresser came to my house and asked my nanny for my wifi password which I don’t mind but prefer if I were asked. She trimmed and blow dried my hair which took her exactly 15 minutes. The cut was extremely blunt and she took all my hair and chopped it in one go. She charged me 84.5 dhs for that trim which isn’t even considered a trim because it was done extremely hastily without precision at all. Then she blow dried my SHORT hair for 195 dhs and curled that ends in no time for 45.5 dhs. I asked her for the break down of the service and she literally kept calling someone from her cellphone and yelling in my quiet household with my sleeping son. She was yelling at the person behind the line about how slow they were to respond and that they gave her the wrong price (240dhs) at first then changed to the total of 325 dhs. I was extremely upset because I would pay for a service that was deserving but neither the customer service nor the end result was a good one. After negotiating, they still made me pay 300dhs. None of this made me as furious as what my housekeepers shared with me. When the hairdresser first arrived she treated my housekeeper with utter disrespect and poked fun of the fact that she couldn’t speak English or Arabic. My housekeepers are my family members and I treat them like my own blood. For some stranger to come into my house and mistreat them. I will not stand by it at all. Then when she left my household she took some fruits I keep for my son with her hands and bare in mind this is a corona period and I’m very wary about strangers touching my things and my food. Anyway, she took some fruits without my permission or knowledge. She didn’t ask anyone but my nanny saw her and informed me. I’m extremely disgusted and disappointed. They completely lost me as a client who lives a few seconds away from them. I do not recommend them whatsoever.

Really disgusting. Dirty salon with unhygienic staff. Rude attitude and should close down. If you care about your health and safety go somewhere else. The worst salon in Dubai

Keep giving this place more chances but usually disappointed. The lady who waxes seems like she doesn’t know what she’s really doing (I’ve had her 2-3 times). Today I could barely walk because of my now ripped skin between my thighs as she waxed the same area multiple times and in different directions, sometimes not even pulling the wax properly. She also used another machine that slightly burned me and left a mark. Other times I’ve come to wax I have not been pleased. They don’t know proper procedure when it comes to waxing.
