The surprise happens when you try to renew your contract after one year.
My first year with them I payed 36000 AED for 12 months + 60 days free

Now in the second year, They asked me to pay 34000 AED for 12 months
However they offer new tenants for the same unit 35000 AED for 12 months + 75 days free

I tried to reach to the agent and he only knows one thing in English which is NO!

His line manager didn’t respond to me when I called him.

So I called their big boss, and he asked to call him back after sometime in the same day, and I did but what I got “no answer”.

For two weeks continuously I’m trying to call their big boss but he doesn’t answer
I sent him on WhatsApp and he also doesn’t answer.

I asked the watchman to call him, he did but no answer and the watchman sent him on WhatsApp and their big boss saw the message and didn’t care to call me or to answer my WhatsApp message.

I’m writing this review trying to reach the manager of this big boss or even to reach the owners of the company as I’m sure when I share the call log screenshot and WhatsApp screenshot they won’t be happy about how the employees are dealing with the tenants.

I hope the owner of this google account can respond to me as I want to renew my contract with a reasonable price. If they would like maintain/keep the cash flow and keep high occupancy rate and tenant retention.

I’m offering you BMTC building Majan 35000 AED for 12 months + 75 days as if I’m a new tenant or I can even change the contract and registration to be under my wife’s name.
