Very poor service guys said the parcel will reach 35 days but still I never reached its around 40 days and if I called there's no proper response very bad I am fed up my invoice no is 72981

I recommend for this cargo. Excellent service deliver befodr time and safely without any damage. I was promised for 44 days but it has reached within 30 days. Last year also I send it was received before delivery date.

Very arrogant staff and worst service I have ever seen. I would highly suggest to opt for another cargo. After 25 days you will get ur Air cargo instead of 12 days. They are charging 30 Aed for Documentation and packaging extra, without any delivery date warranty.
Please don't send anything from here. There r lots of other cargo services and they r much better than BMX.

I have sent my parcel in December 2020 and still now I haven't received it. No response from the service. When ever I am asking they are saying it is in custom clearance. Such a ridiculous answer. How long u will hold the parcel for clearance? Don't know how to claim my parcels. There no contact details available to contact in india. Such an irresponsible service. Please don't ever send parcel through this service. Kindly, some one from this service who is reading the text clear my problem. Seriously I am fed up by calling and asking daily where I get the same answer for the past 3 months. Can't wait more like this. No reply for mails and very late replies through calls. Why is ur service in such a low way? Please value our products that was sent and our consern in reserving our things on time. If not kindly inform as for the delay and make the process to finish as early as possible.

Worst service ever seen its three months now no update they just say it will be delivered when cleared dont know whom to contact the manager mohammed is just worst he doesnt give response i dint know when we will recieve we will recieve it or not.

Hello follow up my cargo / no 34320 full trust and I hand over to ur cargo that one is for things for my family. When I track my no.its showing arrived in port on 24/09/20 after that nothing updated till now.

There are no words to say for the company. Most worst service and un cultured staff, they don't know how to behave with customers.

My sister had send parcel from Dubai on 16.09.2020 and the parcel was suppose to reach us by 27.10.2020 by water ways as per BMX cargo schedule.

But till today i.e, 23.12.2020 I haven't received the parcel.

I have tried all possible options of calling, sending emails but no one responses.

Finally I have received the parcel today 24.12.2020 after completing 3 months.and the condition of the parcel can be view in the photo attached. Several holes on it.and the delivery person was asking for Chai Pani.

Don't take their service otherwise you will surely regret like me.

One of worst cargo service.we r filing a complain against them in dubai police.they need a lession to learn.my sis send a cargo from Dubai.they promised to deliver it within 22 days at door.even 50 days.not delivered till now.today they throw our cargo elsewhere in city n ask one person to call us so we can collect our cargoes.how bad they r.not responsive at all.worst people.worst services.trust in dubai police n consumer court.they will take action against them

They are mentioning 12 days for air cargo but its been 16 days I am yet receive my cargo. When I contacted the local guy Sajeev, the way he spoke was irresponsible. Delivering goods is the second thing but speaking with customer he has to learn it.

Its been nearly 3 months since I handed over my cargo to them for air freight services at a higher rate hoping it would be delivered soon.
Till date I dont know the status. They are irresponsible and have no concern over customers shipment. Mohd and shafeek have worst communication skills and zero knowledge about business. Pls dont ship with them. People who have commented in favour of them are their own reviews. They deserve zero rating but unfortunately there is no way u can give that rating.

Good service, BMX cargo, I was send through on BMX cargo by using ship cargo, cheap rate and good service, received my cargo in 27 days

I am really disappointed with the service of bmx cargo this is the worst service provider kindly don't use there service. They don't have manners to talk with there customers if you will call them regarding your cargo they talk with rude and they are yelling and when I send my cargo I found that my cargo was open and it was all wet in water I complain them I call them a lot of time and I email them more than 12 time regarding the complaint and still they didn't fix my complain so and they stopped replying my emails I am just tired to email them more than 1 month I am keep complaining but those people like doesn't care about there customers, whatever friend I have in Dubai and whatever people are looking this kindly don't use there service.

There is no option to give zero star, that's why I given single one. Worst service, irresponsible staffs. Don't choose this cargo service. If any valuable items in the parcel definitely you will lose it.

Actually i wanted to give zero stars but there is no options for that. I was in a hurry to go for vacation so i booked air cargo with bmx and they promised 10 day delivery service. When i recieved my cargo box it was already opened and matetials missing, most of the items were damaged. They are the Worst cargo service in Uae. Please if anyone wants to send cargo dont opt for bmx cargo. Waste of money, time and poor services.
