They almost have everything you need. They have gym for women and men, group exercises, kids gym, pool, sauna and a lot more. All that comes with a very affordable yearly membership. Anthony and Mercy took care of my membership and received on of the best offers there is. Amazing place overall. Neat and tidy.

Which time you go u can easily do ur exercise there is no traffic but trainer doesn't teach you as well

The best gym with affordable gym membership. Staff are friendly and helpful. They have separate ladies gym area with separate pool.

Joined Body n Soul for swimming training and got such a nice trainer Ms. Shamim. She is very efficient n professional and showing all the patience n caring throughout the training. We are very much satisfied with her classes and good that we havd decided to join Body n Soul.

Family oriented Health Club for everyone to stay Fit and Healthy. Common facilities for Ladies & Gents and also separate facilities for Ladies exclusively. Opens 7days a week, 6a.m - 11p.m Dubai time.

Great gym. I’ve been around since inception. I love how there is a separate section for women and it’s fully equipped. However it’s 2023, why is wifi not available for members to use in the gym? That’s such a basic service for any establishment and needs to be looked into

Please donot pay for yearly membership.

I paid for Body and soul samnan branch and now they are closed.

And when we ask for refund, they day this week. Its been more than 6 weeks and they are not giving our money back.

Even the management you have to mail them multiple times.

Be very careful before paying them.

Great Family club! Great staff members, best time to spend for family, they have gym, swimming pool, table tennis, billards and lots of facilties.

It's always been good experience visiting body n soul. Staff is very courteous and professional. Equipment's are in good shape and the gym instructor is qualified.

Ask for a transfer 2 weeks ago and until now they have not contacted me and they just keep on taking my number and name such bad customer service and not professional at all.

I went as guest once, but after hearing everyone’s complains I couldn’t agree more. Staff need to be better trained, it’s smelly and mismanaged.

I was so happy being a member in Body & Soul Health Club. The services provided are amazing and gym equipments are in perfect working condition. The pool is always clean and there are many facilities. Looking forward to joining them again.

Some staff are amazing! But some staff are not trained or experienced, can come off impolite. Facilities are good.

Very Bad services from Sharjah Branch, i am waiting for the refund since december 2021 but now its march mid, i am following up with mr.imran and he is not good with his words and promised according to him he said feb end you will get the refund.if any upper management is looking my comment do contact with me.very poor services

Body soul has a Gym, snookers, table tennis and games for children's, pool access.
Membership price also reasonable. Good ambiance and maintenance also top notch.

I took a yearly membership to use the pool and the table tennis table. I went into the pool once and never wanted to go there again. It was so dirty and you can see things floating inside. It hasn't been cleaned at all and looks very unhygienic. The table tennis area was fine, but we always had to close the table and move it back into the Zumba room everytime we had to play. Wasn't happy at all with the service and it's definitely not worth the money.

Nice place, clean and free parking spaces, But missing some sports equipment and weights. Existing equipment must be maintained periodically. The coaches are not cooperative in the event of not registering for private classes. The swimming pool is contrary to expectations.

Some of the gym equipment are broken and for a long time but never fixed, staff is super friendly.

A great place to workout and relax. Definitely ask for the current offers got one recently and this is just tooooo good.

I went only for visit and I was feeling disgusted the area is not orignized not clean bad smell in gym and damaged equipments here and there lighting is poor pool area is much more dirty I could see lot of things floating I wish the spend more time and effort to clean and orignize the area

Staff is very friendly and i always have a very nice time with trainers like zaheer priya nibin and almost all of them.

The gym is fine but the pool is the best thing that I find it there. I recommend it as a good workout place.

Clean well maintained facilities.but paying a good sum extra for trainers makes it up for 2 stars.

Wasted 3500 AED on a yearly Family Membership.
Jump into the Pool or go to Gym and get all the Skin diseases you can find in medical books.

So far I have spent more on my medical treatment than Yearly membership costs.
Every instructor wants you to buy 'personal classes'.
Kids pool is so dirty as it was never ever cleaned since their Opening.
If you forget anything in the Locker.
You should forget it completely as you will never get it back.
Attended their celebration of some kind Last month Hoping it to be a decent event.
Turned out to be a disasterous evening with 400+ people shoved into their tiny hall running for Food.

The best famile fitness centre I should say. They have separate pool and fitness machines for ladies and gents which is their highlight. They even have separate training place for kids which they should definitely improve. And the place gets 5 stars for cleanliness.

Largest area well facilities. Annual fee also good, they have many offers but not have well training and lack off support

It is a very economic health club for people who want to join individually or as a family. There are no designated parking slots for members, however you will be able to find to find parking behind the building.

Thr gym has all the facilities although it has become a little old but all equipment are working and there are machines for total body workout. They also have a lot of free cardio and other sessions. Their charges are also quite OK. Parking outside the gym is free

Unprofessional staff

Gym area AC is very high [18 degree C] which is not good when we sweat. The AC should be as reem temperature. Its look like we came in bad room to sleep.

Staffs are rude. Overall it's value for money but you will regret in the end. One of the worst places to be in. Nosy and arrogant staffs.

Luved it. Well maintained fully equipped Health & Recreational Club with economical prices for 1 year membership. Includes Gym, Acrobatics, Sauna, Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Boxing, Table Tennis, Billiard, Snooker, TV Lounge.
Highly recommended.
Only issue is late night timings.as it closes by 11pm

I am taking both the swimming and Personal training classes from the Dubai Residential Oasis branch. The problem unprofessionalism of the people as well as management in taking decisions. I still have personal training sessions left and in the middle my trainer is being transferred to another branch. This is the second time the transfer was proposed, I called during my working hours, someone picked and put me on hold for 15 mins and then the lady took my number and said the manager will call. I never received the call but anyway the transfer was put on hold. Again now it was proposed. I decided to talk at the so called reception or information desk but the lady got offended that I indicatively waved at her desk and said no one pick the phone at reception for which she said this is not reception. Instead of solving my problem she was more focused on her desk being called reception. I would like to suggest to Body and Soul to firstly put the clear boards as which is the reception and what those 3 4 people sitting who takes payment are. Cashiers, Information, Registration or whatever, secondly please get the attitude checked for their staff. We also go to the gym after a long day at work and we really dont want to see bad mood of their staff. Thirdly, I would recommned Body and soul to be more customer oriented especially because they are service industry and shall consider the impact on the existing clients before making decisions of transferring personal trainers from one branch to another. They have told me that I will receive a call which I highly doubt but anyway, I still have to finish my remaining PT and swimming classes after which I would not hopefully visit this gym. On a good note I really like the trainers there.
