Bought a vanity from the Bold showroom, very quickly delivered. Excellent quality.

Just called them to check about a part, the operator said he doesn’t know and no one to assist, what a bad customer service. Good luck staying in business.
An update after a week, got a call from to apologize about the issue which i do appreciate, but still need to have properly trained staff.

I absolutely love Bold products! They are quite the modern and sleek designs which completely enhances the look of your home. They are very durable as well. When I was in Dubai I had everything in my house from Bold - the kitchen, bathrooms and even few bits for the garden. The red bathtub - I think it was called Celine, was just so beautifully sat in my bathroom! It felt so luxurious! Unfortunately, after moving to London, I have not been able to find many of their products here. But luckily I found a distributor on amazon a long while ago and was able to order my Prime Showerkit - absolutely love it! Still in use, even though it has almost been 3-4 years! Would definitely recommend their products to anyone! I am always looking out for their products here in UK.
