The only Desi located in city center Mirdif.tried white rice with chana. Food is okay, they use only disposable cutleries. A bit over priced compared to what they offer; they serve karak tea as well.

Extremely unprofessional staff here, very rude, don't know how to act and how to talk. Worst place to have food in mirdif.

I had a Lovely experience in Bombay Chowpatty. Ms. Ayesha was so very welcoming and very approachable, spoke so kindly and she really made my day ️

Pathetic Customer service. Counter staff is super slow. They asked me to wait 2 mins and attended me after 15mins to take the orders.

Please put someone with a better customer service skills! And attitude uff!

All the staff in the front of house are rude and slow. When you approach them instead of greeting and asking you they only stare at you. The same to choose the food. Very poor customer service who’s is not fair compare good the good quality of the food. Dear manager, I think you should visit the branch more often and observe your staff. They are rude and careless of the business.

I ordered one Samosa and one vada paw thinking it is available there which I saw present there at their display window
The staff said we are preparing the food
And they gave the same food which was at their presentation area

I also ordered two cups of teas- which was very quick in serving from the kitchen window although it took ages for the staff at the counter to serve it to me.

Pathetic that is the word I want to use for the customer service.

The worst experience of all time. Completely disturb by the action of the counter Manger in Mirdif. It was iftar time and i just ask him for 2 spouse even tho i was agreed on paying for it but he refuse. What a sad moment it was.

Horrible experience, stale food and very oily. Tasteless, chicken was smelling bad.
After complaining to the staff, he was arguing saying it's fresh and nothing wrong with the meal.

Worst experience.highly not recommended.still i can not believe why they are charging so high for this worst taste and service.

Utterly horrible wada pav. I purchased one today. The wada was cold with the crust as hard as a samosa. I asked the staff at the counter started to argue. Offered to replace the order NOT REFUND which means he was fully aware that he had served me a stale product and there were fresh items with him. Ridiculous attitude and such a shame

Really waste of money tea is like a water I complained many times never changed worse ever seen

Very bad experience, they served reheated rice, and mixed with chicken which was separatly cooked and later added to rice while reheating. Even chicken was raw cooked, clearly seen pink, and smelling raw.
When asked the staff why is it looking like reheated biryani, they replied it's our special recipe. Pathetic, I couldn't return because I tasted but it's like 33 AED thrown in garbage. Never visit them, because their cooking is suspicious.

I have ordered in Mirdiff City Center branch for take out dahi purri with separate sauce but the cashier doesn't honor the request. In other areas they do honor the request. Very poor service to think the cashier is the manager Etul.

We had visited Bombay Chowpatty mutliple times in the foof court of Mirdif City Centre. The Raj Kachouri there is very tasty. South Indian dishes are ok. Its an overpriced eatery in general.

Quite possibly the WORST Indian restaurant in the GCC or maybe the world. Ended up throwing it away all together after 3 bites. Super Skimpy portions to start with (maybe they know it will be thrown away?) extremely salty and unappealing. Hope I don’t get food poisoning from the 3 bites I took. 1 star is because the paratha was ok.like they can screw up a parath if they wanted to.

Today 18 jul 2019, at 2pm no body in the cash counter and staffs are fighting between them regarding who is supposed to take the order, making me to move between the corners of the shop just to place an order. The guy looks like a manager (in different uniform) is chatting with neighbouring restaurant staff who is a lady.

Never had a bad dish to eat. Papri Chaat and Masala Dosa have always been excellent. Food quality is great. Would have given 5 stars if the staff looked interested and smiled a bit. They look like they are forced to work. They need to be grateful they have work!

Ordered several poor and Rai kachori.taste both was good and it was fun to eat.sev Puri was not that much spicy as compare to Raj kachori.but fillings of both we're almost same nothing much difference.but to have as a snacks it's a nice place to eat as they have some different options too.one time try you can
