Chaat items and thali are very good. Karak chai is good too.
However, veg grill like paneer Tikka with naan is an absolute "NO" - very dry and no taste.

Other wise all ok.

Ordered masala tea from here and it was worse than 1 aed tea available in normal restaurant

Very very bad experience with chat section. I ordered dahi vada, its tasted awful like frozen & old kept. It is chat item should taste like chatpata but it has only plain yogurt mint chutney & granual of urad. When I reported to the lady name Sabrina she kept on saying we make like this. I regret to order this as I changed from dahi puri to dahi vada. Will not recommend! Bad taste bad attitude.

Please train your staff on sanitizing and cleanliness! I love indian food and always order pani puri or aloo dosa whenever i see them available. Was shocked when i order a plate of pani puri. The staff ladies where literally talking over the food station laughing touching their mouth while serving. I asked them to stop because it’s disgusting, the food is exposed. And then all of the sudden one of the ladies hands the other one her phone during work hours while serving food with gloves! You know how dirty phones are! I proceeded to ask her CHANGE YOUR GLOVES! Or else i don’t think she would. I took my food by never ate it

Food is very good and cheap to eat. Staffs are very polite esp Salim and Ashika they are very sweet!

Absolutely the worst bhelpuri I ever had. The quality of service is bad and the staff does not seem to care.

Food tastes like mass produced and made from frozen. However, if you are away from home and vegetarian it’s not a bad place.

I'm a bit surprised of all these bad recessions.
We had today 2 combo deals.
Vegetarian and Non Vegetarian.
Both portions was acceptable for the price of around 35 AED.
Taste was fresh, and food was warm at all.
There was not so much meat, but that's the only point i could criticize.
I would come back again.

Rude, racist staff in dubai festival city branch the staff name sahabudil and other staff are looking at me and laughing at the same time always its like 10 times happen to me.not comfortable to buy again.i hope u will do something cause its not the first time happen and i read a review about the staff here in dubai festival city same thing happen to me.need a proper training to staffs

It was really a bad experience due to following reasons. 1. Masala dosa prepared in kitchen early and served to us as cool product. It shows clear mismanagement in serving the foods as per priority 2. Pav bhaji, bhaji was preparers with poor combination of spices and black pepper filled like anything in it. Shows somebody prepared first time in life 3. Naan, I requested to cooked properly during order also but still cook has not cooked properly, half of the naan was not cooked. It has given to us like dough 4. Dani vada, vada was so tight and cool has not poured sweet chutney properly so it was just like tight vada eating with curd not like proper soft and right combination of Dahi vada. 5. There is lot of rush on your counter by God grace, pls take care with proper foods and timely and properly serving otherwise you will lose all your customer at DFC Bombay chowpatty counter. For sure, I will not visit this counter in future. It was worse day for food with us but I am sure, it will be same for others also.

Loved their tandoori chicken it was so fresh and tender every bite was ️

Pani puri was good not up to that mark we can never find that authentic Indian bandi wali pani puri taste ever in Dubai.

Pav bhaji was good they served hot and again not like how we have back in India

Masala dosa was thin crispy and tastes the best

Rasmalai lacks taste in fact there was no taste at all

Masala chai was the show stealer it was the best I could say

One of the worst food experiences I’ve had.i ordered food from here a few days back.the food arrived cold and as i started eating i found pieces of hair in the first dish.i immediately threw it and I kept finding more hair in the other dishes as well.will never order from here again.

I told sale person for only for green paste
When came to my office
And open it, it is like green water
I go again to for ask for this green water
He answer is very bad
He said our green paste in always like this
And he spoke some word in his language

Worst food in the food court, or dare I say in all of UAE, audaciously served cold. Praise the Lord I only ordered starters to break my fast today - some pakora (bhaji) and 2 samosas. Chutney is served in a quarter of an inch wide container as of its main ingredient is uranium. Samosas and pakodas were stone cold, no flavour. Instead of serving pakodas, we were graced with the leftover crumbs from the bottom of the pit. Samosas seemed to have been resurrected from the depths of the refrigerator. The highlight of their serving was the red sauce, which was free and also the only thing that was weirdly enough edible. Waiting for diarrhoea or food poisoning as I sit and write this, and stare at my plate meaninglessly. Well done BC.

Been a big fan of their chola batura and tried number of times specially in Deira city center. First time been this side and had lunch here. And it was really horrible experience, chole have full of salt, no taste. Really surprised with this.

I had a very bad experience yesterday at Festival city, Had dinner with family.we order biryani rice with butter chicken, Nan & Black tea of worth AED45. Butter chicken found worst with sour taste made of julienne cut chicken without bones & was too water as well.

Not recommending at all & we are really disappointed.

The taste and standards have fallen past few years. Used to be much better earlier. Dosa was extremely salted, biryani rice was undercooked.

I have tried all vegetarian stuff here as choice is limited for us being pure vegan.every time I am highly dissatisfied by not only quality of food but the behaviour of staff as well. Recently tried in festival city south Indian food. One of the worst food quality I am really sorry to say. How they are still managing in a customer centred country is a question!?

Pathetic service, we had to throw theRaj kachori as the taste was horrible. We ordered Raj kachori and to our surprise they only put boondi, dahi, chutney and small piece of bhalla. After complaining them they started arguing. We never recommend this Bombay chowpatty to anyone.

Had been to IKEA and was not very hungry, yet had to eat something.
Bombay Chowpatty is located at the food court, which has multiple food options.

I tried the Sev Puri, customised it to be Spicy, was not bad.

What was not good though was tea, charging 4 AED for such a tea should be a crime.

Horrible food the person who cooks should learn how to cook and alao chat staff rrally worst food
