Once i called and ask about the macchine theyve told that there is one machine in stock and they accapt full payment one i paid the told me i will get the machine in first week of second month and later I receive an email that i will receive the machine in other month and now 3 mnths i did not get my machine once i call them there answer is that they dont know when the mChine will arive bad

Eager to help when you want to spend money there. Once an item is purchased they want to charge you storage fees for your product. I’ve had to store a client’s machine at my warehouse because they wouldn’t stop pestering me. Now that the client is ready to have the machine installed they want to charge 350 aed to collect the macchine and install at the location. I’ve been in contact with their installation dept for two days now and I’m lucky if I get one email a day. They’re call out services are also extremely overpriced and their equipment is priced well over the recommended market value. Won’t recommend. They don’t care about the client once they have the client’s money.

The worst place in UAE I have ever dealt with regarding coffee machines. Although my warranty is still going, they could stop giving me exuces for why they cannot exchange my disfunctioning coffee machine or refund me at all. Also, just for your information readers, I bought my previous espresso machine from here for 6900 AED and I literally found it in Europe for 3250 AED which can be imported to here for almost the same price. In addition to that, this particular model I have purchased has been discontinued in many coffee stores around Europe as it is fully proved that it has developed many problems in the pressure profile which highly affects the extracted coffee quality and makes it just very poor. Yet, bin cafe team tried whatsoever to show this machine as a brilliant one and denied all my complaints about it. I have many doubts about the sources of some machines this company sells and the manipulation in prices which is just a BIG SHAME!
